Great B&B! I would go again, she is 5 min away from the subway and 15 min to downtown. Ally is great an so nice! The washrooms are shared but very clean and her apartment is very cousy. Her prices are fair and I truly think that you get more than what you pay for. Have in mind that you'll...

Excellent place to stay cheap in Barcelona. Personnel really friendly, rooms mor ethan adequate for visiting and the breakfast was a sgood as any 4-5 star hotel. Its right next to a tube station and a major bus stop. You can be inthe RAmblers in 5 minutes or even walk there in 20 minutes.

I spent 2 weeks at Ally's on a business trip. That's a long time, and one in which you can easily get frustrated if the accomodation isnt up to scratch. That was absolutely not the case with Ally's! If anything, it felt like a home away from home. The location is wonderful - a 5 minute walk to La Pedrera,...

We were 4 friends from Italy, from 18 to 22 years old, and we spent a week in this beautiful B&B. Our room was in Ally's II, that is administered by Rosa, who is so kind and friendly that among us we called her "mum Rosa". She helped us in everything, she even cooked for us one night we needed...

My mom and I stayed there for 2 nights and we couldn't believe how nice and cozy Ally's Guest House was! The whole atmosphere is like your own home (and even more), the place is gorgeous, the host (Rosa) is lovely and the location superb, in Diagonal Avenue, just a block away from Verdaguer Metro Station...easy!Only thing it's a bit...

We stayed at Ally's Guest House II for 5 nights in January. It was a great spot to begin and end each day. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. The common never felt overcrowded even with the house was full. Staff was great. They kept everything clean and were around to answer questions and so on. One of the...

We really enjoyed our two nights at Ally's Guesthouse. Our main issue was that there was a lot of traffic on the street our room overlooked and thus a lot of noise at night and early in the morning. Despite this we had a lovely stay in a quiet luxury apartment in Barcelona. It was like something from out of...

Ally's is a place with a lot of charme, great atmosphere, very friendly owner. Perfectly situated in the 19th century building it has a warm feeling we are missing in the hotel. It was a opportunity for us to discover the city differently. Owner pays a lot of attention to the details, like flowers in the bedroom, several varieties of...

We were very happy with our stay at Ally's Guest House II. (Be advised there are actually several locations, check website). Our host was very nice; she even gave us a free map and sat with us, circling the best attractions. She was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times. The washrooms were very clean and the breakfast area...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
