We stayed for 5 nights. Room was nice, clean. Bed was pretty firm (about the same as all hotels - why not softer?). Location was good - pretty central, close to 2 spots where a lot of buses (including to/from the airport) are very easy access, not affected by crazy traffic or anything. Staff was really great throughout. And the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your positive review of your recent stay with us. Just to mention, we recently had all of our mattresses renewed, so I'm sorry if you found them to be too firm. Thanks for your comments about the staff and buffet breakfast, I'll be sharing your words with them as I'm sure it will make them...

Nice, clean and good hotel near by city centre. Silent and safe area. Many good restaurants nearby. Nice staff, good and fresh breakfast, and free wifi. Nice rooms with good beds. Familyrooms. Housekeeping every day.

Great central location with nice basic room. Plenty of sockets for charging phone etc. Shopping and bars right on doorstep. Room was pretty basic with no tea/coffee making facility. The walk in shower had a strong drainage smell which permeated into the bedroom making the whole room smell musty. The small TV on the wall did not work.

Dear Guest, Thank you for reviewing us! We are sorry you missed the tea and coffee service, unfortunately, we don't offer this in-room service as yet, we do however have room and bar service available throughout the day. I will be checking what you mentioned about the drainage smell, and I do apologise for the inconveniences it may have caused....

Loved this quirky hotel, reception area is such fun and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Room was clean, well serviced and spacious, as was en suite. Beds were very comfortable, multi-option shower was great, water always hot. Location convenient, two Metro stations within easy walking distance, and it only takes about 30 minutes to stroll to the top of...

My wife and I stayed here with our two children (senior in high school and junior in college) for 4 nights as part of our family vacation to Europe. We had two rooms on the third floor over looking the interior courtyard. The rooms were very spacious, clean, quiet and well-appointed. The front office staff were very helpful for all...

Stayed here for long weekend. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to most of the attractions. The hotel itself is decorated to a high standard, rooms are big, have a free safe, I personally didn't think the beds were very comfortable, but others may. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, Andy in particular was...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Check in was quick easy and friendly. Location is really good couple blocks from plaza Catalunya. The room itself felt modern and was clean and comfortable. Wifi was pretty good most of the time but got slow at peak hours. They also have a lot of little amenities such as laptops in the lobby and...

The rooms were big, three beds were in our room (2nd floor), the shower was also large. We slept fantastic. the staff was very friendly; we didn't have breakfast, because it ist too expensive (about 15,--). Check out at 12a.m. but we could left our luggage in an extra room, which was closed. It is near the Placa Catalunya, so...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
