Stayed overnight and it was a good experience. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Rooms were excellent - spacious, clean, quiet with WiFi, electric sockets etc making life for the business traveller comfortable. Black-out blinds were particularly good meaning i had an excellent night's sleep.

Overall this hotel was very nice for the week we were in Barcelona. While it may be a 10 minute walk from the metro, the location provided lots of food options in more local neighborhoods giving us a break from the tourist options. Other than the stiff mattress (which may be more of a personnel thing), we would definitely stay here again or even try another NH location when visiting the city in the future.

The hotel is a little far from the main tourist area. However, it was in a very nice place, right by a beautiful shopping center. The rooms were modern, clean and nice. The only thing that was a little shocking was that certain things were not part of our "rate" and they made no secret about it. There was shampoo and soap in the bathroom. When we asked for conditioner we were told That it was not not included with our rate. The same goes with coffee. There was a Nespresso machine in the room but no pods. We we asked about it they told us that the pods were not included in our rate. However, I must say that both conditionner and coffee pods were brought to our room when we asked for them.

This is a good hotel with everything that you would need. The rooms are spacious (although a bit outdated). Wifi works very well and breakfast buffet offers a very large range. I had a two day meeting in the hotel so I did not see much of the direct environment of the hotel.

So first of all, everythibg went okey until after check in.
We checked in and it Was a Nice man coming to our room With the luggage, and everyday this man would say hi and he work as not receponist but the one who take care of luggage etc. this man should run this hotel!
So we Asked the hotel about a babychair and they immediately said that they don’t have it and I said how come, this is a 4 star hotel. So I had to go and find it my self from the dinner area,
Second ; our room has spa included but the one in reception said it’s not included and said I have to pay 16 Eur
Third: I have baby food for my 1,5 year old son that need to get heated up. They even don’t have a microwave in the hotel just at the dinner area, and every time I have to argue with the employees just because they don’t want to heat it up.
Just a bad experience as a father!

I don't usually write reviews, but thought this might need some sharing.
I frequently stay at the NH Collection Constanza Hotel in Barcelona for business. Very good location, staff is always there to help, service is delightful, and breakfast is delicious.
I occasionally used the Spa area, with its spectacularly big windows, warm indoor therapeutic pool and sauna. During my last stay, I could not resist the scent stemming from the Spa area on their 5th floor, and went to see why. Apparently the Spa is under new management, with new treatments, products and a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I treated myself to the Therapeutic Massage which was very decently priced. The fee also includes some time at the Spa itself, whether before or after the massage. The masseuse was great with her hands, and knew where to apply the right pressure. The essential oils used were of balanced quality and fragrance (I did not want to wash it off 😊).
Highly recommended experience for your next visit.

I stayed here recently for a period of three weeks and ate breakfast and lunch here almost everyday. The food is very good, from fresh fruit to custom made omelets to order. What I appreciated even more though, was the incredible service. I was not ready to eat inside with people because of covid, and they made accommodations for me on the patio. By day two, they knew I took a cappuccino in the morning and made it as I was grabbing my food so it was served right as I was sitting down. The staff are incredibly friendly and make an effort to say good morning and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend!

We paid 270 per night for a very small room, with a very noisy airconditioner.
The service was medium, the room very basic and the location far from the center.
Not a nice choice.
The reception personnel not very professional neither polite. At 19.00hrs they told us that the room was not ready!!!!

Sorry but I don’t know as we were more interested in the culture, shopping and restaurants, but I believe the beaches can’t be far as we went to the old port area one day and got there in about 10 minutes
