Great stay with wonderful warm hosts! They know all there is to know, so do spend half an hour with them learning about what to see, where to eat and how to get around. Rooms were cozy and welcoming after a long day out sightseeing. The attached bathroom was smaller(with a shower area) than the detached private bathroom(they give you...

Small laidback and quite hotel, not in the very centre -it took 45 min to arrive by walking to Placa Cataluna- but it made us discover the beautiful and tranquil neighborhood with small cafés, bars and shops. Anyway there were buses just outside the hotel that went straight to Placa Catalunya or the beach, which was perfect! The staff was...

Dear guest, Thanks for your nice opinion. We only want to add 2 important things: Our neighbourhood is one of the finest and safest areas of the city but only 10 min. walking from the beginning of the Paseo de Gracia, which is the famous modernism avenue in the city and at the same time part of the city center....

The hotel is situated in a quiet and safe district of the city, quite close to FGC station and well connected with the centre. The owner Rosa speaks fluent English and is very kind and helpful, she gives useful tips on what to do and see in Barcelona. The room was really small but with a private bathroom and a...

Couldn't ask for more for the price. This hotel is conveniently located near Diagonal, one of the main streets in Barcelona, from where you can pretty much get anywhere. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great people run this place! My only minor complaint is the paper shredder installed in the bathrooms - they go...

This is my second visit. I like the hotel and the personnel. Easy to get around with bus. Next time I wish my Iphone will be able to connect to their WLAN. Then I will give this hotel 5 stars.

The Petit Hotel is fantastic. Rosa is the most amazing host - friendly and very informative about what to do and where to go. Rooms spotless and whole hostel, which is part of a residential building in a great area only a few stops from the centre of Barcelona, has a cosy feel. The only thing I would mention is...

Although not at the center of the city it is located perfectly in a nice area. The management is fluent in english (better than mine) and kind. All the booking procedure was in english which was really nice. But our room was not good. I think it was meant to be a family room, but it was pretty small for...

Dear friends, we are so sorry that you didn't like the room! We could have changed you into another! Perhaps you should have told us. Regarding Airconditionning it isn't still on, because we work with them when it is hot in summer :-) and that one of you had to sleep under it is normal because it must hang on...

We really enjoyed our stay at Petit Hotel. Rosa (the owner) was very friendly and helpful, we really felt very welcomed at her b and b and it made our Barcelona experience even more memorable. Her b and b was very clean, well decorated and well run, she had someone available there 24/7. Breakfast was optional but I liked the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Feel at home away from home! Stay at Petit, a comfortable and familiy run guesthouse, within 3 subway-stops from the city centre and with easy access to all the main attractions. Have a nice stay in a cosy and well-furnished room with all kind of recommendations and the best advices about the city that you will not find in the tourist guides. We will provide you great service at affordable prices. All rooms have TV, mini-bar, air conditioning and heating. We offer you a double room with a Queen size bed, all other rooms have 2 single beds and if you wish we can add more beds. If what you need is a single room, don't worry: You may profit from one of our nice twin rooms for a lower price. Most of our rooms have their own inside private bathroom. But some rooms have their own private bathrooms located outside of the room. However you will receive a key to your nice and spacious outside bathroom which will be exclusively for your own use. Advantage? The rooms with outside bathrooms are not only more affordable, but the bathrooms are beautiful and more spacious as well. We offer you a simple and little breakfast for only 2,90 €, perfect to begin your day. And please feel free to sleep in late: We have no time limit for it during the whole morning. You're on vacation, aren't you? La Rambla is famous but it is not the only interesting place in Barcelona! There are very beautiful and interesting areas you need to know. Our neighborhood is certainly one of them: Sarria-St. Gervasi is one of Barcelona's wealthiest districts, central, much appreciated by the locals, well connected, very safe, quiet and very commercial at the same time. You will find the best shops of the city because we are on the Barcelona Shopping Line. Around our house you will find ample parking and we also offer you a special price in a parking garage, only a few meters from us. Our area is one of the most charming of the city, surrounded by some of the most popular local nightclubs and pubs, and a variety of restaurants at every price range. Nearby and with easy access: The Camp Nou football stadium, the Trade Fair Centre of Barcelona, the most famous clinics (we are just in front of the ophthalmological clinic Barraquer), only 3 subway stops from Plaza Catalunya, 15 min. walk to Paseo de Gracia, and 5 min. walk to the avenue Diagonal. ... more   less
