We booked this hotel through easytobook, who were also not helpful. We booked into the Hotel and made our way to the room, which was very small but appeared clean enough. We unpacked some of out things and headed to the Pool. When we headed back to our room and had a shower, which was combined with the toilet and...

I've been there for a vacation in the summer 2011. Room was small, basic fornitures, and uncomfortable bathroom. The cleaning service is twice a week and towels are not included. Anyway, it's very central and close to metro stop so as to allow easily reach of the center. Pro of this structure are: Free internet connection, vending machines, polite and...

This residency is located in a nice area in barcelona (Poble Sec) in front of a metro stop and really well connected to the rest of the city. I have stayed in this hotel several times for short stays and it always has been pleasant. The price is not too high for a city as Barcelona so don't expect too...

If was important for us to find a reasonable cheap hotel with parking place and good internet connection. Well... I regret that this hotel was chosen instead of Melon District Marina, where I used to stay before. And that's why: parking is not free and the garage is really small and narrow - suitable only for a good driver or...

Location was good and staff pretty friendly and english-speaking Plus we had a kitchen on the floor with everything needed-fridge, pots and stove etc. We never used it though We were living on the 5th floor and closing the window didn't make any difference. You could hear everything that was happening on the streets! Plus last night in that hotel...

Staying in Montjuic

Neighbourhood Profile
Montjuic
Beyond the four columns standing guard at the Plaça Espanya, beyond even the extravagant and colourful fountains guiding your way up the boulevard, stands the impressive and towering structure of the Palau Nacional, the national museum. At this very spot in front of the cascades of the central fountain, Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe gave the performance of their lifetimes to welcome the 1992 Olympic Games to this magnificent city. And true to its anticipation, the games transformed the city, reimagining the mountain of Montjuic with the development of an arena, stadium, and many other sporting facilities that are open to visitors year-round. Surrounding the adjacent side of the plaza are well-established hotels catering to business guests and a shopping mall transformed out of a historic bullfighting arena.
