All round this property is very good and worth every cent we paid. The family that run it are very friendly, although there is a slight language barrier you can easily get by with a slight knowledge of spanish/even a dictionary. As for the favilities we had a private room for two. Very nice and cosy and is tidied every...

The hostal has a great location. 5-7 min. walk to the metro station Jaume I. and near Las Ramblas.This is the only '+' and I'm sorry about saying this... but just don't go there.. it's bad ... it's old.. and smells disgusting.. I couldn't sleep all the night .. and couldn't even open the window.. I wanted to cry... and...

The amenities in the hostel are average, but the owners, even though they don't speak english, are very welcoming and friendly. The location of this hostel is very good, 4min to Ramblas, 5 min to the sea, and 10 min to plaza catalunya. there are few restaurant, bars and clubs and supermarkets that are open till late around the area....

I agree that this is one of the cheaper hotels in Barcelona and the security of the building was very good. Unfortunately I dont think it is suitable for mid age to older travellers due to the noise, unsafe neighbourhood at night and the several flights of stairs to climb with luggage. We checked out early and the lady who...

The rooms are small and pretty basic, but it's pretty clean and decent. Wifi did not work in the room, but it was ok in the lobby. The staff is helpful. One thing I did not like - was feeling smoke in the morning as if someone was smoking just next to the room, other than that i would recommend...

only 5 mins walk to la ramblas, plenty of good cafes,bars and shops on the doorstep,large room with small balcony,large bathroom,fridge,fan, tv, very clean,owners and their staff very helpful and friendly,good location and at 58 euros for a twin room a real bargain. would definatly stay at this hotel again 10 out of 10

Easy acess great little shops and cafes nearby. Carhedral 5 min away Metro 2 min away. Friendly people we payed 50 e for 2 people. Only negative would be the noise in the early morning
