If you are looking for a cheap place to stay without the frills then this is the place for you. It is not my cup of tea but it offers very reasonably priced accommodation in the heart of old town Girona. It is also close to the University and the train station. We went for the very budget option which...

The single room just opposite the reception was okay - it was very noisy though. The hostel is not a party hostel, so during the night and in the morning is was quiet, which was nice. Bathrooms very clean, good water pressure and temperature. Room did not have a window (neither fan nor air condition), so the small window above...

Excellent location in the old town (central for fiesta time at the end of October ,perfect for eating and drinking out ,)and friendly reception with helpful advice .The room was fine -spacious with a comfy bed and good shower --though there is no lift the stairs to the first floor are very manageable .

Make sure you request the room with balcony and you will enjoy your stay. All rooms with shared bathroom, towels were provided. Location is perfect. Value-price good. Free wifi. Reception is limited. Is on the first floor.

This little pensión is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly. It's on a narrow street in the old town so is very convenient. It's sparse and basic but perfectly adequate for the price. It's a bit tricky to find - on google maps it's marked near the bottom of the street but it's actually right at the top.

Pension, room+ bathroom+ toilette, was very clean. Lady at the reception even without the English language was very nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Walking distance from bus/train station 10/15 min, city center are mainly around the place.

This is a classic Spanish pension, and does just what it says on the tin. Spotlessly clean, newly updated, great shower and friendly hosts. We stayed here for its closeness to the city theatre, and given its value for money, we'll definitely be back!

We booked this last minute and arrived very very late (nearly 2am). The would have been well within their right to close and not accept us but they stayed up to wait for us and were very pleasant when we arrived in a weary state. The room was very nice and the shower facilities were great with shampoo and shower...

It's small pension, but very climatic place. Close to center. You can feel like you are living in Girona since ages, because of narrow street that is located. The lady who manages is very kind. I recommend the stay in double room-about others I saw only the common bathroom and small kitchenette. The rooms are very clean and every day...

“Request a room with a window. This is a cheap overnight style Pension and good value for money as well as being right next to the historic centre. However, make sure you have a mobile phone and perhaps a phrase book or spanish dictionary.”
