Strong points: the location is very central and the staff is very friendly. The cleaning lady, who also does reception on her own time, kept wanting to chat even though I barely speak Spanish and she doesn't speak French. The price of rooms remains affordable even in high season while it soars wildly in other establishments in the center.

On the other hand, they do not serve breakfast and the quality of the bedding is terrible (I can still feel the springs of the mattress). The pillows are bags of small foam blocks, it's not comfortable at all. The locks are old with two keys (the one for the entrance and the one for the room, plus a large metal key ring) that you have to carry around when you go out (no way to leave them at reception as there is no no one at night) and the whole thing makes an impossible noise when people enter or leave their room. The soundproofing is poor as is often the case in these old Spanish buildings. Finally, to receive in the room is not easy, you have to go down and open the door.

I have to admit I wasn't sure what to expect when we booked Hostal Termes. The reception is only open between certain times. We were due to arrive whilst they were open but I emailed them our flight details just incase we were delayed. When we arrived we were met by Yolanda on reception. She is a total joy and credit to the accommodation. She was friendly and welcoming and even gave us a couple of beers to start our holiday off. She explained all the facilities and explained that our room had the use of a terrace on the same level. Our room was basic but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a wardrobe for us to put clothes and the en-suite shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. For all the time we spent in the room, this was perfect for us. We were on the third floor and the stairs are quite steep and narrow so if you have mobility issues bear this in mind. The location is perfect. You are in the centre of the town but you don't hear any noise. 3 minute walk and you are at the shops and restaurants and 5 minutes you are at the beach. We were supplied with beach towels and a sun umbrella too. When we were leaving Yolanda arranged for us to have boarding passes printed and we also book the transfer from the hotel to take us to the airport as it was cheaper than a normal taxi. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Small hotel that is very close to the train station. From here you can reach any place in Sitges in a flash. Beaches very close and very beautiful. Ms. Yolanda is very kind and helpful on anything you need. The umbrella and beach towels were delivered to us from the first day. The room was clean with a nice bathroom with a very large shower; towels, hair dryer and air conditioning all within normal range. The room on the 2nd floor also had a small balcony overlooking the street which, being secondary, is not busy. Thank you so much!!!!!

Good for a solo traveller. Modest and relatively compact but clean rooms with a mini bar. Excellent location. Accommodating service even though the reception isn't open 24/7. AC works. Excellent value for money. No elevator if that is important for you.

Fantastic location, great shower, comfy bed, a cheap and cheerful stay.

The location of this place was so convenient. A short walk to the train station, laundry, supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife and the beach front. Everything you could want.

The room was clean, a decent size, VERY good shower and water pressure. It does make a difference!

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again. The only slight negative was that there was a lot of noise from doors and furniture moving around. Not terrible but noticeable.

We wanted a reasonably-priced, fuss-free hotel within walking distance of the beach, and we got that at Hostal Termes. It was about 200 m to the beach, check-in was fuss free and friendly. THe room was clean, compact and everything worked. Breakfast was not included but you can get a great croissant and cup of coffee at Restaurant Can Gregori ..less than a minute's walk away. Turn right at the door, and turn left at the intersection and there you are!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hostel is conveniently located in the centre of town with very easy access to all the main clubs, bars, restaurants and the seafront. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the staff are always friendly (I have stayed here twice). Highly recommended.

This hostal is perfectly located in a quiet narrow street. Have stayed here several times.. 1 min walk to Plaza Espana, 5 min walk to the beach. Airconditioned rooms many with private balcony. No luxury but don't need it. Rather spend money on good food and wine in this beautifiul town.
This hostal is a very good budget option.

I stayed 3 nights at Hostal Termes in Sitges, Spain, May 2013. The hotel is very centrally located on a small, quiet side street off a cute square. It is walking distance- 1/2 mile- from the train/bus station. It is about 1/4 mile to the beach promenade, and all the restaurants and stores. My room had a small balcony over the street with a table and chairs- perfect for reading and drinking wine and watching the world go by. The room was very comfortable, with a bathroom. The bed was comfortable. the staff was really nice and helpful, there was wifi and a small tv. Excellent value.

Just a short walk from the glorious beach and night life. Room fully adequate with private bath. TV (never watched), WiFi and very accomodating management. Never spent time in room so didn't need space other than bed. A.C. worked fined. Little noisy in hall at "closing time", but all in all, excellent for value. Would go back anytime.
