Front desk and housekeeping staff extremely friendly and helpful. Anything we asked for was provided with a smile. Rooms are not very soundproof, toilets flushing and showers running heard from rooms next door. We had 2 nights of very much disturbed sleep due to inconsiderate other guests (Spanish Pilgrims) banging doors and speaking at the top of their voices after...

It was really a surprise, as we did not expect so much for this price in Santiago in August. The Staff is kind, smiley, friendly and helpful. The room for the three of us was very clean, furnished with taste and with lovely small details we appreciated very much. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport. Get on...

I stayed at the double bed single room for 2 nights in early May 2016. I did last minute booking on this hotel and happened to get a very good value for this room. The hotel is located between the train station and the cathedral. The walk from train station is slightly steep but manageable. Its about 500M or 10-15...

I stayed here for 3 nights after doing el Camino (the Way of St James). It is located right at Plaza de Galicia where the buses depart to the airport (€3 in 2016) and really close to the old town. The room I had was very clean & comfortable with private bathroom including shower over bath. Absolutely no problem to...

The hotel is a fine place to stay after you finish the Camino de Santiago. It's 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral, is 10 minutes walk away from the train station, and is surrounded by restaurants. Friendly staff

We called the day before our arrival to ask for rooms at the back. PR fornos confirmed they could accommodate this. However on arrival this was not the case. We were given a room facing the Main Street. The rooms were too stuffy to not have the window open a little but the desperate noise kept us awake all night....

I stayed here after walking part of the Camino and was very much happy with the quality and value proposition of this hotel. The room size, cleanliness and quality of amenities were very adequate for the hotel type and price. The staff was very gracious and provided very good service when I needed it. The location was very good. This...

The hotel, the entrance to which is via a doorway to the side of a shop in the Plaza de Galicia, is spotless and modern despite its outward appearance. We paid 45€ despite an online guide of 55€, probably because it was close to the end of the low season and found the place to be excellent not only for...
