Fantastic little hotel. Lovely and attentive staff. Nice rooms & very clean. Very nice gardens. Excellent breakfast. Cheapest hotel bar I've seen in Europe. Five minute walk to centre of town. Would recommend every time. Just a shame we was only there for three days

Costa Vella is a beautiful, charming, comfortable hotel run by staff who care about their guests' comfort and well-being. I did not feel as if I was staying at a hotel, but at a guest house of friends. I look forward to being able to return to Santiago and stay again at Costa Vella. I stayed for 3 nights but...

What an absolutely lovely place to stay! Our room was gorgeous and spacious and overlooked the garden. There was a restful sitting area on each floor with lovely views and comfortable seating. The garden was glorious to sit in and enjoy a glass of wine and breakfast was generous and delicious. What made everything even better was the service which...

Travelling for leisure (and some Christmas shopping) with my wife, we stayed for three nights in a full of light room with a great window over the garden (#105). The generous breakfast by the garden (it was cold outside) included a magnificent "tostada con tomate y aceite de oliva" and everything we asked for. The hotel is in the old...

We found this cefé by accident. It is not difficult to find though. It seems to be very poplular, there are few tables outside and it was difficult to get one. Also we waited for some time for someone to take the orded but it didn´t matter because it was a really nice place to relax and we had seen...

We stayed at the Hotel Costa Vella for 5 nights. The hotel itself is beautiful. We were on the 1st floor over looking the garden. The staff were always incredibly helpful suggesting sites to see and places to eat. They were also incredibably helpful with storage of a wheelchair for my grandma who was travelling with us. We can't wait...

We stayed in second floor rooms overlooking the hotel's terrace-beautiful view from our rooms. We loved hearing the lively & cheerful conversations from the terrace and the hotel's management is dedicated to...

Fabulous hotel close to the square with the most amazing owners and staff who make you feel like your the most important person there. It has awesome gardens to relax with a lovely glass of wine after a hard days walk on the Camino.

This lovely, small hotel is just inside the historic area of Santiago de Compostela. It is an old building that has been lovingly restored and modernized extremely well. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The terrace gardens are beautiful. Breakfast is extensive and wonderful (especially their own honey). But, the best part of this hotel is the staff. They...
