On arrival after evening flight into Madrid, reception were most friendly & helpful in booking us in. Room was very spacious with all amenities, even tea & coffee making, which is rare for a Spanish hotel. Breakfast buffet offered a full range. Easy access to motorway system to leave Madrid. Would easily recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We stayed at the Hotel Nuevo Boston as a group of 4 on a 6 day holiday to Madrid. On arrival at the airport we contacted the hotel and arranged the pick up by the shuttlebus. On arrival at the hotel we were very impressed it is very clean and modern. The shuttlebus itself is fantastic as we stayed during...

We stayed here overnight between flights at the end of our honeymoon. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly when we called to say we'd be checking in very late at night and then also when we arrived. The bar was still open on the main floor, and room service was easy, convenient, and pretty tasty. There was...

So as some had mentioned in previous posts... you do notice the obvious smell of cigarettes in the lobby! There is definite noise on the main floor... I stayed on the first floor! The room looks great but I could not control the room temperature which was strange and the shower head was leaking. If I had stayed more than...

We stayed 3 nights at Nuevo Boston in September. The hotel is nice and in close proximety to the airport, but we wondered why they chose to close the pool/garden area already by Sept. 15, when the weather was still fantastic. Our room faced inwards, so we experienced a lot of noise from the restaurant and had to ask for...

We used this hotel just for overnight before our flight home from the Madrid airport. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar was open for our very late arrival, and the buffet breakfast prior to our departure was amazing, with a wonderful selection of both hot and cold foods. Airport transportation was timely and helpful, but should be...

I stayed the 14th, 15th, & 16th of Sept. 2016 and returned to stay the 2nd & 3rd of Oct. This hotel is very modern with large, (for Europe) rooms immaculately keep. This is not the first time I have stayed there but have returned to it often because of excellence of service, friendliness/helpfulness of staff and offer of amenities....

I was here just for 1 night, before early flight from Barajas. It has great location, and free shuttle option to the airport every hour. Very nice hotel - great room, big, tidy, comfortable bed, clean and big bathroom, actually all I needed was there. Also the welcome drink was nice - lemon prossecco sorbet - yummy :) Tasty dinner...

Hotel is a great choice for being close to MAD. Rooms are clean and modern. Nicely decorated. Be sure to make shuttle reservations in advance as it can book up. Great wifi but very small TV. We didn't have breakfast there but we had dinner the night before. Would only suggest it for the convenience. Didn't think too much of...

I arrived very early and although my room was not ready the very helpful staff checked my luggage into a secure area so that I could tour the city. There is a shuttle to the airport every hour and several to the city on the weekends. A very nice stay and well affordable.
