My daughter and I stayed for 8 nights at the hotel in a basic room. The room had an excellent view over the river and we enjoyed walks along the river bank. The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. There is a well stocked mini bar but the prices are expensive (as usual). Wifi is free in the...

I spent 3 nights at the NH Ribera in Sept 2012. The property is new, modern & clean. One of the front desk staff members was very helpful (forget his name, but a young man from Mexico). The location is bit out of the way, but see below. It is located next to a river or canal in a quiet...

The hotel was really nice. The only negative was that it was a little out of the way. It take about twenty minutes to get to Piramades metro (most of it uphill so you don't want to be lugging suitcases). It is a long (probably about 40 minutes) walk to city centre. I foundthe walls in the room to be...

Just come back from this hotel after a short break to Madrid with family. A little bit out of the centre but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and you only had to catch the No. 50 bus into central Madrid which cost an amazing 150 euros and was not that far away. The hotel is modern...

Best breakfast we had in Spain. Not a lot of amenities close by. Local restaurants are across the river. 10 minute walk to subway, but stop is hard to find even when you are almost on top of it. Nice big bathrooms. Room was very clean. Bar fridge was so fully stocked we had to take stuff out to put...

This is a very comfortable and modern hotel finished to a high standard with very capable and friendly customer focused staff, best air con in 2 weeks. Set just outside of City centre 25 minute walk in or 1.50 euro single bus ride on number...

On the southwest side of Madrid, only one bus line to Plaza mayor and the royal palace from which there were many public bus lines and subway stations and a lot of popular tapas bars, night life activities and you can buy excursion tour tickets there. There were always taxis in front of the hotel. It was right on the...

Had a drink in the bar... 4.20 for a heineken and glass of wine could not believe how cheap it was. Centre is within walking distance, and...
