This hotel is fairly modern and a nice place if you visit the city. The walk to downtown (Plaza Mayor) is about 45 min. The food is good and the breakfast is ok. People are very friendly and accommodating.

The room , breakfast and staff were all very good . We arrived a day early for a tour and the hotel accommodated our request to not change rooms , which was very appreciated . The front desk staff were always helpful and smiling . It was a great location , as well . We loved Madrid .

Stayed here 2 nights. Very good hotel, welcoming and helpful staff. 10 min walk to main train station with connections to all main lines and metro for local travel. Good breakfast with multiple choices. Would use this hotel again.

I stayed here on a business trip. Since my company is very close to Atocha, for me it was convenient. The staff at reception were friendly, the room was fine - big, comfortable bed, though I changed after the first night, since I was on the groundfloor facing the street - too noisy! After that, it was very quiet. The...

Situated close to the train station but quite a walk to the centre. The staff were very friendly checking us in and out. Good clean spacious room and varied breakfast on offer. Felt more like a conference centre hotel than a city break hotel. Lacked character.

Positives: close to station and within walking distance of the city. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms spotless and cleaned everyday, although they are basic and there was no shampoo etc. Minibar available if required but check it as one of the coke cans was put back in the fridge empty. Can leave your luggage after check out. Bar staff were...

The hotel is excellently located, near one of the main transport links in Madrid (and Spain), Atocha station. The room and bathroom was basic but it was extremely clean and well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel had a cool, chilled vibe.

The rooms are very clean and is just near the Atocha Station which is very convenient when you have lots of things to carry along. It is also near to quite a lot of restaurants that caters to madrid food. The breakfast buffet was good as well. I think they just need to improve it a bit. Nevertheless, i had...

I stayed here for 10 days and it was a stellar experience. It was quiet, clean, and very modern. The staff was exceptional. Every aspect of the hotel was top notch and I would highly recommend it. I just moved to Madrid and it was a great start to my life as an expat. Breakfast and dinner were both good...
