Wonderfully located, clean, wl decorated and low cost. Service is excellent, superb. My husband got sick. The staff No rd securing medical care (that was excellent) to the hotel. The cost was reasonable and their Assistance minimized a highly stressful situation. Provide excellent breakfast and dinners. Recommend them highly. Staff is friendly, courteous and kind.

The rooms are either too small or too big, it is extremely hot in there already on April. It is cleaned, but the laundry service is not the best. Breakfast was good, and the people were nice, their English level was poor. Location is great if you work nearby, however the pollution is quite high in the area due to...

This is the typical business hotel, big enough rooms with comfortable beds, the breakfast had variety and quality, internet access was great throughout the hotel and the location is great right by the subway. All in all it delivers right what it promises.

Fast easy check in. Staff speak decent English and are very friendly and helpful (quite uncommon in Madrid.) Good room. Fridge. Maid services. Decent bocadilla/burger restaurant / bar on ground floor. Euro breakfast buffet on 1st floor. Right across the street from Plaza de Castilla metro station - fast easy cheap transportation throughout the area - about 14 minutes from...

Great location. Transportation right in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the football stadium, supermarkets and shopping malls. One ride from the center of town. Tapas bar around the neighborhood. Friendly staff

Although the rooms seem to be a bit dated they are clean. The service I have received at the reception was pretty good, but I can not say the same about the restaurant. Overall it is ok for that price.

Although the hotel seems remote from the centre of the city, easy access to the efficient Metro makes light of the distance. The hotel is fabulously clean with spacious rooms. Our view from the 9th floor was simply breathtaking! The staff are friendly and helpful with excellent English (much appreciated by this non-Spanish speaking visitor). Very highly recommended and great...

Flying into town late, with a morning train from Chamartin this hotel fits the bill. It's easy walking distance from the station, clean and comfortable. Siutated on an upper floor, our room had good views of the Plaza Castilla and along the Paseo de la Castellana (four towers). The surrounding area is quiet, but a few places to eat and...
