Was here for a few days after an exhibition in Germany was canceled. Had planned to go anyway, but changed my reservation for a longer stay. I was quite satisfied with the Level experience, comfortable lounge with snacks all day, and decent selection of beverages, both non and alcohol. Servers also very friendly and helpful. The room was good size, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was that the A/C was inconsistent but not a terrible problem. The hotel location is convenient for other local restaurants, grocery and local transportation. Subway stop about 600 meters away. Lobby bar is nice but packed to the rafters with aircraft crews in late afternoon.

We stayed in interconnected rooms with our three boys aged 6, 8 and 10 for three nights while visiting friends in Madrid. The whole experience was exceptional. Staff very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We ate at the informal El Pelicano. Hotel restaurants are usually not quite there, lacking atmosphere or food quality. This place was lovely: friendly, nice local food with an international twist, something for everyone. The rooms were top class. Brand new showers and fittings. Spacious and tasteful. Literally everyone we saw seemed to enjoy their job there and take pride in the service they delivered. Thank you for an excellent experience. We will be back!

great location - very close to Bernabeu, close to town and airport great interlinking modern family room which seemed to be interlinking excellent recption staff staff at Pelicano really went the extra mile to deliver gluten free chips by even changing the oil

Hotel fully set up to handle all manner of conferences, with lots of room. My room was lovely 😊 clean fresh and Ritual products ! Very nice. Room service excellent as was restaurant on the hotel . Unfortunately the food put on for us was not so good ? Tasteless bland , lots of pastry ? Tasteless and maaa produced , such a shame as everything else was excellent

Your only mode of transport besides the taxi would be the metro and the service is super. Its a good 8 mins walking distance from the tube station.

The most important landmak within walking distace is the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid F.C. It can be visited everyday (except when there is a footbal match).
There are two tube stantions close to the hotel, and several buses stop also in the surrondings, that can take you easily to the other attractions like museums, old town, etc....

The closes attraction is the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home of Real Madrid F.C.
We have excellent transport connexion (bus and tube) with the rest of the city, such as old town and museums. There are three tube stations about 5 minute walk, and a bus stop only 3 minutes away. Also, there are taxis outside the hotel, the cost of the taxi ride to the city center is around 15EUR.

At the time of the booking, if you reserve a double room with the breakfast included, the total of the two breakfasts per night is 35EUR during weekdays and 30EUR during weekends (for the two breakfasts).
