A clean property in great proximity to the centre of Madrid, everything is on your doorstep. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi needs looking at as does a bit of redecorating. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. It's a busy hotel with lots of groups staying there, however I never experienced problems with noise at night, apart from the beeping of the pedestrian crossing outside!...

I opted for this Hotel for a short stay and it turned out to be a very good choice. People at the reception were very kind, our room was comfortable and very clean, excellent mattress and impeccable bedlinen, bathroom also very clean with fantastic shower power, towels nice and fluffy. Decoration shows partial modernisation, but the "older" elements in the...

We used this hotel and stayed for 4 nights, it was near the Vicente Calderon Soccer Stadium where we visited for The Spain v France match, only a 10 to 15 mins stroll away, there was a great atmosphere with some nice bars nearby. The hotel is also around 15 mins walk from City Centre, and you go through Cala...

I traveled to Madrid in 2011 and I stayed in this hotel, right in front of the Gate of Toledo, just a few steps from the metro Puerta de Toledo, which is great when you want to tour around the city using public transport. The single room was comfortable and in the right measure. The bed was soft and the...

Good location, 15-20 minutes walking distance from most attractions, with metro stop very near. Rooms and bathrooms are small and furniture old, but very clean and serviced daily. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning can be controlled (on/off but also exact temperature!) - so I slept very well. It is true that the shower is quite small. On my stay...

We recently spent three nights at the Puerto de Toledo Hotel in Madrid. It's a three star hotel that has clearly seen better days but it appears that a facelift is in the works. The elevator system is antiquated and everything seems worn. On the plus side, the location was ideal. We were within walking distance of the Puerto del...
