There were a number of decent options that we were toying with before plumping for Palacio Guendelain, which was a little more expensive than some of its competitors. Having stayed there I'm confident we made the right choice. The hotel is a beautiful converted palace with some fabulous exhibits of old carriages in the reception area. Set right in the... More

downtown, close to everything, small and beautiful "hotel de charme", full of history, four stars well deserved, could have five just adding a few details. Very smart personnel. Style and courtesy. I recommend it without hesitation.

Wow - what an amazing hotel! We just loved it : the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was large and immaculately clean, the building itself is (like a previous reviewer said) a stately home/museum ....the display of old carts and carriages is an added extra to the hotel ... I just love it!!! And the added extra is... More

This hotel is located in the historic building, in fact a Palais dating back to 18th century. It is wonderfully preserved with common areas furnished with authentic pieces of art. It feels like staying in a museum! Greatly located in the heart of the town. The breakfast is rich and stylishly served. Nice view over the small beautiful plaza. Bathroom... More

We stopped in Pamplona for a day and a night and booked this gorgeous hotel. Everything about it was really just right for us. It's bang in the centre of the old district with everything on the doorstep. The parking is in the square just opposite the hotel. The check in was the fastest I have ever experienced. Having learner... More

This hotel is in a beautiful historic building , a Palace in fact! Centrally located with underground secure parking near by. The very helpful doorman, looked after the car as we parked right by the entrance to off load luggage. The 3 staff we met all spoke good English and could not have been more attentive or helpful. All modern... More

My wife chose this lovely hotel since we had a couple of extra days in Pamplona . It is as lovely as the reviews say it is. The service however is not quite up to par. We had slow service at the bar and at breakfast. Otherwise it was a good stay!

I stayed in this lovely hotel for two nights recently. It is conveniently located in the center of Pamplona near many of the sights on your list. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The bathroom has a modern look with a lovely shower with lots of hot water. There was a nice little muffin delivered each day..what a treat.... More

Great rooms, nice facilities for handicapped. Friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is right in the Old Pamplona district and it's within walking distance of all historic places. The breakfast is excellent. The works of art on the various meeting rooms are a treasure. Their collection of old horse carriages is worth seeing.

Great location, lovely hotel, but street noise on a Friday night was terrible. Our travel agent had requested a quiet room on an upper floor. We got a third floor room that was tiny even by European standards, with no window and only a skylight. Air-conditioning hadn't been turned on yet (late April) so opening the skylight was the only...
