Let me start by saying that we stayed here during the running of the Bulls so we know the price was much higher than normal - six times more than normal. The hotel is small and room was extremely small. The room was clean but could use a facelift - dirty walls, etc. Again, great location but value would be...

Excellent location for seeing all the attractions and also for shopping. Room was excellent, clean and great shower. Parking was underground, safe and secure just across the road. Breakfast buffet was simple but plentiful.

Possibly the best feature of this hotel is its location - just a few minutes from the (underground and out of sight & sound) bus station! Even so, it's only a short walk to the shopping areas and the old city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the rooms simple & clean. The only thing lacking when I was there was...

Great relaxing stay in comfortable surroundings with a lovely little balcony that wraps round end of building giving two views of the streets below and helps keep up with the moving sun. I reckon there are probably better locations in Pamplona but this is only 5 to 8 minutes walk away from all the attractions. I don't remember there being...

I read other reviews about this hotel before I booked and I think a few people are a bit precious. Yes, it is budget but for me it suited my purpose just fine. I booked for three nights during San Fermin so I did not expect much. Overall Spanish hotels are not of the same standard as Australian hotels so...

We had just driven over 370 miles almost non-stop and arrived at the hotel reception tired, thirsty and irritable. The hotel receptionist greeted us as if we were her favourite aunt and uncle. That level of welcoming and friendly service continued throughout our stay and was from all the staff we met. The hotel room overlooked a busy junction so...

There was one (and only one) good thing about this dire hotel and that was the very helpful young man on reception who helped me to locate my lost luggage. I was in Pamplona on business for four days and I have no idea how this hotel came onto the radar of my hotel bookers. It was grubby, worn, the...

The most expensive part of not just San Fermin, but our entire trip to Spain were the accommodations in Pamplona. During San Fermin, there are up to 100,000 visitors in the city and only a few thousand rooms. Many residents leave town during the fiesta and rent their rooms (more info can be found on the boards on the official...

My best friend and I recently stayed at this hotel. We visited for the running of the bulls. The hotel has a great location in Pamplona and is very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. They helped us whenever we needed it and directed us around town. The room was spacious and the beds were...
