We stayed here for two nights as part of the (Northern) Soul fiesta. The room was great - well appointed and with a lovely bathroom. The floor could have been cleaner but the rest of it was excellent. We didn't use the pool though that looked good. The Soul fiesta was excellent - rooms provided were good and everything felt...

I have to bear in mind we got an exceptional package deal but this hotel isn't 4 star I'm afraid. The building itself is fabulous and the rooms were good and well kept. The running of the hotel isn't good. There were often large queues at the bars, even check in took a long time, as if they wasn't expecting...

On arrival we were stunned. Absolutely amazing spectacle but once your in its not as it seems. Check in at midnight still a 15 minute wait, lifts take a good 5 minutes too come down so if you lower than the 10th floor like us your probably best with stairs. Rooms quite basic but very clean. Change of curtains every...

There were lots of staff dealing with checkin/checkout, currency exchange, directions, shuttle buses, room queries, you name it, they were dealing with it. We spent 10 days there and would like to say a huge thank you to Carlos Fernandez for all of his help making our event a success, he was...

The hotel looks great from the outside, main reception/shops & pool area but it's not! It's one of the worst hotels ever beds are harder than an actual brick. They tell you that you will get tea & coffee facilities in your room which is a total lie! And they even threw my medication away which was on the side...

The hotel is very impressive when you arrive. This is a 3 star hotel at most. The rooms are average but clean. The food is awful we ate out the whole week. The swimming areas are nice . We went for an event but I would not stay there out of choice for a holiday.

The all inclusive food was good and there was always a good choice. I cant see anyone going hungry here. The hotel state that they dont accept hen or...
