With no further instructions. We assumed we would be told more when we officially checked in. However, other than...

Terrible service at the hotel from start to finish. Here are to name only a few: (1) The reception is located on the first floor- yet there are no stairs up, forcing people to take the lift. This isn't great for people claustrophobic or scared of lifts (not to mention in the event of a fire)! This meant my boyfriend...

I must admit that I should not have been lucky, our shower overflowed water, at first hour of the afternoon the room was unmade, uffff, they must improve many things, To mention something positive, its indoor pool on the roof and the quality of the buffet food, quite acceptable.

Just returned from a week long stay. First impressions were very good. Check in was quick and smooth with friendly staff. Room was very big having been allocated a family room even though there were only a couple. Small balcony overlooked a back street with the only view being a succession of concrete lorries and a huge concrete pump working...

The staff were very friendly and nothing was ever a problem. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the town and a news agent on the door step if you like to read the local paper while you relax. The food was really good, plenty of choice and variety. I would have given 5 stars...
