I stayed here by myself from 17-24 May.I knew it was being renovated as I visited Benidorm In January and the hotel was a shell. This time the hotel was renovated and only the right hand side needed attention but this did not affect my stay in any way as there was no noise. The reception was friendly, along with maids and...

Thank you so much for the for review. The hotel has 3 stars, and will feature a rooftop terrace with views to the sea and another terrace with a small wellness area. The hotel has mainly Spanish customers, but generally some 10-15% of guests are from other countries. There is a selection of 12 English satellite channels, and the hotel...

Myself my wife and her sister arrived at the hotel and it looked okay, reception said we could have one room but the other wasn't ready. The room 412 which we had been given should not be used until the refurbishment has finished. Scaffolding outside your bedroom window with pallets being craned up to workmen was the last thing we...

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately some finishing work next to the rooms had still to be done when opened and we apologize for this, although steps were taken to bother our guests as little as possible. Thank you for mentioning our staff. Regarding the room allocation, from the summer season (end of may and on) rooms are to be...

We booked this hotel knowing it was being refurbished and was reopening just before we arrived. Our initial thoughts were of disappointment as we were put in a corner room with no balcony, and the patio doors opened onto an inner "shaft". The room looked smart, but there wasn't enough storage space for clothes - plenty of hanging space but...

Thank you so much for the feedback. The hotel has rooms overlooking the main street, Alameda, to a back street, also to the side of the building and to a central patio, (as shown on the images here on Tripadvisor and other travel sites). From the end of May, guests will be able to choose between two room types: Superior...

Thanks for sharing. The management wants to apologize for the inconvenience. What booking agents sell currently is a standard room with or without balcony, and shortly the hotel will have a rate-based differentiation between rooms. Best regards.

This is quite a find, two minutes and your right in the middle of the old town with the churches, squares, cafes and tapas restaurants. It's full and bustling, full of life, with locals and tourists alike milling about. The shops are a dream and quite unique. Three minutes and your on the front, the beach is lovely and clean....

Thanks for sharing! The hotel has a great situation in the Old Town and the area has a lot of life in the evening, also in early autumn, and "Tapas Alley" is just around the corner. We are sorry to hear you did not fancy the breakfast, it is true it may get a bit crowded and we are commited...

Positives: The staff are friendly and obliging. They were always responsive and had a positive, helpful outlook. My room on the fourth floor was big enough for me with a very generous balcony.
