Lovely and clean. Small but functional rooms. Breakfast fine and staff lovely. Only trouble is the bloody bin wagons and bottle banks right outside the hotel. Even with windows closed the noise is unbearable and is at all hours. Triple glazing required to sort this out. We brought earplugs and it helped a bit but it will stop us staying...

They advertise a show starts 10.30pm. You go in the bar and because the show was on they doubled the price of my drink. To make it worse the show dodnt start for another hour but they increased the price from 10.30pm!! They cannot claim that my first drink at the cheaper rate was an offer or a happy hour...

Loved staying in this hotel. Okay so the reception is a tight squeeze beside the bar, though no problem checking in efficiently, rooms are tiny but very clean and the full English breakfast was well cooked and tasty. However the staff were genuinely wonderful, friendly and made our visit a happy one. It's a good spot to sit and people watch...

We were at the back of the hotel (6th floor) so views across the water were lovely. Breakfast was included in the cost and there was...

Fabulous little hotel in superb location. Basic but clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Cheap drinks. Everything you expect in Benidorm. Drag show in evening is a bonus and the rooftop terrace is fab.

I booked a last minute break to Benidorm, staying for three nights at the Queens Hotel. The hotel is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and the staff are all very polite and friendly. Situated right in the heart of the old town this is a great location, a bit of noise from revellers early hours of the...
