Chances are you're going to pick this park for its location. It's really great to be located so close to the city. The camp ground really features everything, apart from the regular amenities like toilets/showers/BBQ, it has a large shared kitchen, to rooms and children's play areas. Does have some issues in regards to shower water pressure, but it's a...

We were dissapointed as the water pressure for shower was rediculous its like tricking and when we complained the counter gave excuses.Utterly dissapointing as when it's cold u want to have a nice shower but my my no this place they charge u much higher then the rest on the sites we been for services they can't upkeep.

This really is an ultra-convenient spot, just close enough to the city and airport, but just far enough away to feel a sense of space and relaxtion. There's a wide range of good-value accommodation, and relations between permanent and visiting residents seem just fine. The facilities are kept scrupulously clean, and staff are welcoming and helpful. What's not to like...?!!

I always stay at places that have lovely staff and this little Gem is one of them. Unfortunately Aucklander's and other are to busy thinking houses more house. Because of huge rents and way over the top rates three years ago I had to make the decision to sale everything, help my boys with student loans etc and go it...

Excellent service, the room was very good and tidy. Location very handy to the shops, very nice staff member and i disagree with the below comment as the beds/rooms were very clean, would definitely recommend.

Ending up being a very costly expense staying here. There were 4 of us and all of us got bed bugs. Most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in my life. We had to spend huge amount of money on creams and medications because I had a massive reaction and then there was the washing of all clothes, bedding etc....

In reference to the above review, we did get the expert exterminators in immediately and they told us there was no sign of bed bugs in the unit, we are very sorry that our guests had this experience but unfortunately were advised that they must have got them elsewhere. We stand by our standard of cleanliness as do our guests.

We stayed on a powered site with a large campervan for 1 night. The location was not the easiest to get to with heavy Auckland traffic and lots of road works. The site felt over crowded with very little space between campervans. Toilet and showers were very nice with lots of hot water. The young lady on reception was very...

We stayed overnight, before dropping off our hired campervan. The site was conveniently sited for getting a bus into the city centre. Reception were very helpful. The powered pitches were fine in size for a medium sized van. The toilet facilities were a bit basic but were clean and functioning. We had no problems with noise, even though the site...

Sadly will shut on January 31, but the best options near the city ( train station and supermarket very close ). Unpowered sites are literally a two vehicle wide no exit gravel road, or near the entrance on the grass with the tents. Good (free) showers and cosy TV room/lounge. Kitchen has hobs, fridge, freezer and sinks. Plus kettles and...

Description does not match the reality of the park. Powered sites very small hardly fitted our motor home into. To get internet had to stand in middle of road or sit at telephone box. Mainly occupied by permanent residents who made us feel unwelcome. Staffs knowledge of local services limited, told I don't live around here so I don't know.
