i have attended a conference in Valencia and i have chosen the Silken Puerta hotel for accommodation. Our room had two beds quite big but the room service was not sharp at all (still the room was nice). The breakfast was a bit poor having the same things all mornings. The fresh vegetables were missing and the sweets not that... More

This hotel has been rated as 4 star but it is very disappointing that it has facilities like 2 star hotel . In the room there is no water kettle no complimentary water bottels & hair dryer. Typical smell of carpets in the corridor.

Hotel lobby clean, modern and fresh. Staff very helpful and pleasant. We had lovely rooms on the 7th floor with terraces. Room very clean, robes, slippers and lots of toiletries. We had booked a late check out to give us more to explore, which was great. Parking facilities cheap €12 a night, and easy to access from hotel. Tourist hop... More

Booked the Silken Puerta for a couple of nights trip as a couple. Easy to find the hotel with public transport as buses stop nearby and the metro is a 10 min walk away, decent location although hoped to be closer to the beach. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms contain just about everything you'll need - apart... More

It is very nice city hotel. It is 25 minutes walk from city center and 20 minutes walk from City of arts and sciences. The location is a bit noisy but other qualities compensate this shortage. Breakfast is very rich and fresh. Coffee from coffee machine is excellent.

Good location near to the Turia “river”, and some 20 minutes walk to the center of the city. Pretty far from the beach, but city hotel is in the question. Hotel is reasonably clean, and it seems that they do not have enough staff on the reception desk. Buffet breakfast was bellow standard for 4 star hotels but fresh, tasteful... More
