My girlfriend and I spent several wonderful days at Locanda d' Amalfi. The sites are breathtaking! The hotel was comfortable and nice. Pino and Filomena made sure we had a nice breakfast (with smiley face cappuccino) to start each day. They were very accommodating and made sure we could get wherever we needed to go. They even arranged our transfer...

The place is a bit faraway from the city centre but the 4 km a day of walk were totally worth it for us (otherwise, there are buses, but we didn't seem to fully understand the way that the bus system there worked and anyway, we're the sporty type) ! We enjoyed to settle for a week in this calm...

This hotel is a bit outside Amalfi, roughly a 40min walk on a very busy road but well worth it for the views on the way in. The rooms are very cute and with paintings on the walls etc. Pino is very enthusiastic and helpful with any questions you may have regarding getting around Amalfi. They offer free shuttles to...

The best thing about the hotel are the hosts, Filomena and Pino. They are so gracious, helpful, knowledgeable and fun. The rooms are lovely, but small. We had the sea view room at front which helped as it has a large terrace. The hotel is not in the town so you need to take a bus. Although Pino was always...

What an amazing few days I have had staying here. I did ask for a sea view which was absolutely stunning. The smell of the honeysuckle on the balcony was just incredible. The room was perfect. Breakfast was the usual pastries and coffee etc. It is a 2km walk into Amalfi (or you take the local bus for 1 euro...

Amalfi coast is a lovely place but it's hotels can be a bit of a mixed bunch in respect to price. The gentleman who greeted us was extremely polite, informative, friendly and helpful. The food available for breakfast was as you would expect from a b&b some local produce would be nice, but ultimately you get what you pay for,...

From what I've seen, the Amalfi Coast is overrated when it comes to prices. However, Locanda is a nice hotel right on the main road (extremely important, as transportation is quite an issue around here), just 10 steps away from the bus stop (another asset!). Filomena and Pino are extremely nice and kind people. We had a lot of pleasant...

It is a pleasent motel/hotel with a great accommodation because the host. It's a place were you can enjoy the "well spent money" because every other hotels are very expensive. So it is an average hotel placed in a super expensive tourist area. For young couples is perfect because in the Amalfi Coast you will never stay in the room...

If you are not so keen on spending thousands on a hotel in Amalfi, Locanda Costa d'Amalfi is the place for you. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. They have all the information you need to have a great stay. We were expecting to be set back from the coast, maybe 500m to 1km but it is right on...
