We may be a little biased because we got upgraded to a junior suite, which was way WAY more room than two girls needed and included an enormous wrap around balcony. Two bathrooms, one with a sensational bathtub that was lovely for soaking my weary legs after a day in Pompeii. Walking distance from train station, which was a plus....

We booked this hotel on Booking.com for a double room for a night for 90euros, when we arrived we were charged another 27 as they were 2 people (we had booked a double room) this hidden cost is wrong. The hotel is large, clean and modern with massive rooms and a cosy bed.

I stayed one night after my travel plans were changed. I booked at short notice but although I got almost the last room on a busy evening the staff were all helpful and friendly. My room was lovely with an enormous and very comfortable bed with excellent bedding and pillows. I loved the wide corridors with black, yellow and white...

This hotel was adequate. It works as a conference/business hotel. Our room with a balcony was clean with a view of the ocean, but it was far from the historic district, though close to downtown Salerno. The outside displays four stars but that is not the case as the exterior is run down and the staff is unhelpful. It is...

I have stayed in many hotels in Italy with similar budget and I have never been that impressed. It is a true 4 star hotel with excellent service, huge rooms that sparkle from cleanliness and an excellent sea view. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the dinner was equally good. They even had no problem to accommodate a friend with...

The hotel is not in walking distance of hotel If you have luggage. Cab ride is 12 Euros to train station. If you are fit , it is a short walk. I had a huge suitcase. The room was very good. The room was large and very clean. The door sticks and one really has to pull it to ensure...

Amazing hotel. Fabulous staff, who are willing to help. Clean environment. Nice swimming pool & gym facilities, which is free. Lovely old town to wonder round. Amazing restaurants off the beaten track. 5 mins from the train station. Free wifi, however, we struggled to keep the signal in our room but could get perfect signal in the downstairs restaurant.

Where to begin... The location of this hotel is great! It is within walking distance to the train station (without your luggage!), the town center, the ferry boats to Capri and around the coast, and numerous restaurants. The deluxe room has two twin beds and two bathrooms. We enjoyed having our own bathroom; this was a perk! The ocean view...

This hotel is very big, situated near the harbour. I paid for a room with sea view. But my room was very noisy. I reserved a single room. The room was big, but I found it very ugly. It had two very narrow beds apart from each other . Wifi was free only in the lobby and restaurant. In the...

'Fawlty Towers' is a British comedy about how NOT to run a hotel. I'm afraid this hotel is in that category despite its advantageous position by the sea and near the station. Staff not very friendly, rooms look very tired with chipped, cheap looking furniture. Once I had to wait for 6 hours before I could get some fresh towels...
