Hi yaya,
It's very simple: check on trenitalia or italo treni any train departing from Florence (Santa Maria Novella's station) and getting in Naples (Garibaldi's Station) then from Naples you can arrive in Sorrento by public trains or ferries or you may hire a private minibus.
Hope this helps you!
