3-star hotel with 5-star view! Seems like all the rooms have balcony with seaview and even the elevator has a view! A bit dated, but ok rooms. Airconditioning is a bit loud and tired:-)

if you walk to the train station, there are reps outside who will help you sort your tickets, give you a sticker and instruction. when you get off the train at Pompeii, recognisable by your sticker, is your guide. he will sort out entry which saves waiting in the heat for entry. within minutes, you are being guided by a very experienced and qualified guide. We'll worth the couple of euro extra to knock an hours wait off
