My wife and myself have just returned from Sorrento after one weeks holiday we stopped in the Hotel Capri as we only wanted to stay bed and breakfast. The staff where very friendly and helpful, we booked a room with a garden/pool view ( room 109) this was at the end of the hotel so had not only a balcony...

I would love to be able to write a review like I did following last year's visit. Unfortunately we didn't get to stay here as on arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a smirking receptionist who seemed to quite enjoy telling us in front of other guests that there was no room for us, that we had been...

We were lucky to get a room at the last minute as we had not booked in advance but we were happy with our room and the staff was lovely, especially bartender Laura, and the front desk manager who helped us find several nice restaurants for dinner. Shower is a little small.

We've just returned from a weeks stay at Hotel Capri, and we were really impressed with the hotel! Compared to a lot of the other hotels in a similar location, it was really good value for money, and the service there was second to none! The rooms were fairly small, but more than adequate and were beautifully decorated. I did...

We booked only a few weeks before travelling and now realise how lucky we were to get in. This hotel is small and extremely friendly. The staff were all excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We were welcomed very late by the Receptionist (after midnight) who told us all we needed to know. He suggested a...

Absolutely fantastic hotel right in the heart of the Sorrento experience. Just five minutes walk to the train station with easy connections to pompeii and herculaneum. And then 10mins walk to the piazza Tasso, we used tripadvisor a lot to find some really good restaurant's. The hotel itself is small and basic but is beautifully presented and the staff work...

We stayed here for a long weekend, the hotel room is not luxurious by any means, but it's nice enough for what we wanted, clean and a good location for exploring Sorrento. Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful and attentive. Overall, this is a good hotel at a good price.

Lovely, small, comfortable hotel. Wonderful staff. Very clean. Highly recommend. Room slightly small but don't let that put you off. Book early and get a balcony room if you can. We didn't gave a balcony so were road side so slightly noisy but somehow added to the charm of the place. 5-10 mins easy, flat walk to the main Tasso...

We stayed here in July 2016. The room was comfortable and quiet - it was worth paying extra for the balcony as it meant we were away from the road. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice. Brilliant location too - only five minutes walk from Piazza Tasso.

We stayed recently, having booked quite late. The hotel looks a little worn from the outside, but is is very clean and pleasant inside. The room wasn't big, but had absolutely everything we needed, so no problem with the facilities. The real plus point were the staff. They were really helpful, very friendly and made our stay. I'd definitely recommend...
