plain, simple, clean and comfortable rooms, with very good views at a very reasonable price, it is a little way out of town {about 15 minutes walk} but is easy to find as it is on the main street running into town

The location is about a 15 minute walk from the Sorrento train station. The sidewalks and the road are very narrow for the first part of the walk and there is little space between the pedestrians and the vehicles. Taxis are expensive and cost us EUR 17-20 for a one-way trip. The room was spacious and opened up to a...

We stayed a few nights here and would strongly recommend it. The location is convenient, security is excellent, the room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The Sisters were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great - and apparently you can arrange dinner too. There is a terrace with million dollar views where we spent a couple of evenings. We'd...

Do not hesitate. Nuns are present and available, but rooms are open to all to come and go as a hotel. Clean rooms. Good bed. My room had a great window view. Spacious. Big bathrooms. Mini-Refrigerator in room. Phone. Nice breakfast. Fabulous shared big balcony with lounge chairs to overlook the city with spectacular sunset! Location is not in noisy-busy...

This convent was a wonderful value and had maybe the best terrace I've ever been on. You could see across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius, and we spent more than one night drinking some recently purchased limoncello and watching the sun go down from this historic villa. The nuns who ran the place were kind, helpful and super friendly....

Wonderful stay. We were there a week and had a great room which opened directly onto the roof terrace. The nuns were so welcoming, breakfast was good bread, jams (made by one of the nuns) cake, cereal, yoghurt etc. The room was large as was the bathroom, there was a fan in the room (needed in July) and even a...

This was our first time to Sorrento, and the first time staying at a convent guesthouse. We were so pleased with our choice, that we will recommend this casa to all of our friends that travel to Sorrento. We arrived from Rome, very tired of traveling, and were warmly welcomed into the home of these sisters. Sr Monica especially was...

This is my second stay at La-Culla (Casa per Ferie). I always loved the place because of the wonderful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples and the value for the money. On my first visit, my only real complaint was the breakfast, well, it is GREATLY improved and is now very enjoyable. Another welcome improvement was a much friendlier reception...

Great location with beautiful views. Huge clean rooms with comfy beds. Good breakfast with breads, homemade jams, pastry, fruit, meats and cheese. If using a GPS to find, be careful. Ours said we had arrived when we were in the previous town of San Angele. You have to continue on to Sorrento. There is a sign on the bridge overhead saying Sorrento. After...
