Stayed there for 3 nights on the 3rd week of Oct and it was only a 10 mins uphill walk from the marina. Check-in was ok although there was some confusion about if the breakfast was included. We were given room #64 where it's a partially sea view with a nice terrace. It was great sitting at the terrace in...

The hotel is located a few minutes walk up the hill from Capri Marina Grande next to the luxurious JLW Hotel. The views from the seaview rooms with terraces are stunning but..... in essence the hotel is divided room timeshare and the operators are well versed in referring everything to their "colleague" who makes the decisions but of course is...

No hot water after 1 day. No communication. They left and old sandwich in the fridge. The room was never cleaned in 3 days. Great location though!!! When we were lost in capri and called to inquire about their free shuttle. They did not understand/speak enough English. I asked many times very clearly "how do I get there?" The person...

Having booked with Expedia (not recommended) for sea view room with a safe - we were given a pool view room with no safe. When we complained we were moved the next day to a lovely room with balcony overlooking the sea. The manager was very apologetic as he wasn't given the same information as we were. The staff are...

Not bad for the price, but the pool is closed, rooms are old and breakfast nothing special. They do have a shuttle to capri town and are close to marina grande, so it's pretty convenient. It's also very clean and was quite when we stayed.

I cannot believe I just spent the night on a sofa sleeper mattress. I don't even make my kids sleep on those anymore. Pool and sauna closed. Location okay, but this town is only like 2 miles across. Who cares? Everything I want to see in town is farther away because I'm near the port. Shower magic trick to get...

Good location as a base to explore Capri. However, the rooms were rather tired for a newly opened hotel and most disappointing of all, was that the pool was not operational for the entire stay - something we were not advised when booking and paying the full price for our stay. Good hospitality from the breakfast lady with her cake...

We stayed only one night. Great location, convenient to Marina Grande, local transportation (bus station is very close by). People at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, provided good information about sites and restaurants and even drove us a few times around to the bus station and to Marina Grande when we left. Hotel was very clean, quiet, nice view...

My daughter and I had a beautiful room with a large balcony with sea view. The room and bathroom were very large as was the balcony. We were amazed to look out over the town, the sea, and Mt. Vesuvius. We honestly couldn't believe how fantastic it was! We had lunch at the restaurant by the pool with the same...

We booked the hotel at the last moment and we were pleasantly surprised. Great location near the marina grande. The room was spacious and had an old world charm to it. There was a balcony with chairs etc. And it was quiet. The breakfast was great. No hot meals. The drive you back and forth to capri. We were fortunate...
