Bosco, you're talking to the wrong person. I don't have any relationship with Capri Inn, only that we stayed there and loved it. Getting around the island is easy with buses and also the funicular getting you up to the top from the marina. You can stay on the beach as long as you like. Lots of walking tracks as well but steep drops down to the water.
I suggest you contact Capri Inn direct and I'm sure they'll help you get a room with a view over the bay.
