We spent two nights here and had a very good experience. The location is superb, fronting on the pedestrian stretch of Via Toledo and at most a two-minute walk from the Toledo metro station (newly opened since our last visit; almost an attraction in itself). Perfectly situated for seeing all the main sights of the historic center either on foot... More

We stayed here for 10 days in July a bit too long for a hotel like this. We had 2 teenagers with us in their own rooms and they were really unhappy about the wi fi which was very erratic it was not so bad in our room but still not ideal though it was free. Bed was comfortable and... More

We stayed for two nights at the end of summer. Pros: shower has good water pressure, strong wifi signal, good location. Cons: in desperate need of a renovation (mould in bathroom, fittings falling off, curtains coming off railing), loud, awkward signage (we were harassed by the porter downstairs to give her a tip when we asked where to check in)... They tell its 4 star hotel but our room was very old, bed wasnt comfortable, and in bath facilities is missing everything. Location is excellent (pedestrain only road - look carefully on buildings for sign). Friendly staff, comfortable room with usual facilities, but some noise from outside at night (recommend to get inside room)

+++++ cool place to stay - the Toledo metro stop is 20 seconds from the hotel, it is right in the historic centre it is actually very nice for the price we paid - 35 euros ($40, £30) per night, room was big and was cleaned every day, the bathroom was fine, there was a person at the reception at... This hotel is in the central part of the old town, in a perfect location. It is on top of the Toledo metro, it is in walking distance of major attractions and is close to shops and restaurants. The bedroom was large and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good with local specialities. The only real downsides were that the... More

A friendly visit and fantastic location to explore Napoli! A little difficult to find, especially at night when we arrived, you enter through a giant green door, unmarked! Beautifully grand breakfast room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple but clean rooms.
