Detailed Reviews
Firstly, Finding this place if you’re not familiar with Naples style back street roads is a hard find. It’s literally down a back alley and in rush hour at night was challenging.
But, on arrival it’s a beautiful sight with tasteful exterior decor and very classy reception. The female receptionist spoke great english and was very helpful with directions local pizzerias & supermarkets.
Lift to the 3rd floor takes about 3 years but we’re hardly in the Rockafella building.
The room was clean and smelt amazing! Modern TV with free wifi. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom. We had a awkward moment on one of our nights when another guest tried to stream untasteful pornography to our TV via screen mirroring. We had to turn the network connections off our TV as they couldn’t seem to figure out their steamy night was being streamed into our room.
Some mornings other guests were very loud when closing doors like they were leaving a room after an argument with their partners.
No information given about spa facilities. Mini bar was slightly overpriced. €3 for a can of coca-cola or a 200m walk to a supermarket for a bottle of wine...we walked ;).
Breakfast wasn’t a great variety but we had coffee and a choice of pastries which was all we needed to start the day.
We tried to add an extra day to our trip but the gentleman on reception couldn’t match comparison website prices so we booked online and kept our room for an extra night.
Overall nice hotel. Would stop again.
Thank You

The hotel and room were very nice. The staff was cordial and welcoming, We had ample privacy. However, the service provided could be improved. The breakfast was very minimal with most things that were pre-packaged. The dinner served could also be improved. I would recommend other places which make you pay the same price but offer better room services.

We had two nights in Naples as a super brief layover between legs of the trip, and didn't feel like exploring Naples that much so we wanted a hotel with more amenities than most of the trip, so we went with Elisio.
Upon check in, the service at the desk was always.. abrasive. There were typically 2-3 folks there and it always just felt like us asking questions or doing anything was being laughed at. Super uncomfortable and definitely led us to relying on Google more than the hotel expertise, which is what we had typically been doing during the trip.
The room itself was pretty good, very standard but did what it needed and the shower was lovely. The hot tub was not actually in the room, but on the patio, with a very low wall between our room and the room next door. We filled up the tub, and by the time we got in the room next door was utilizing there's, and it was just sort of awkward the noise. This is not the hotels fault, but all the photos led us to believe the tubs were all within the room - just know more than we did that most of them are not!
All in all, just not a super pleasant experience due to poorly set expectations!

Finding the hotel is a little surprise which requires GPS, it is in a small street perpendicular to an avenue. The building and its superb garden are unexpected because they are surrounded by huge buildings!
You can park in front of the establishment!
The staff is very pleasant and the decoration of the hotel is bright and elegant!
For the room, we booked a room with an outdoor spa. The room was a good size and the bathroom spacious with a large Italian shower.
The terrace is astonishing, it is below the road, as already said, the building is a real intruder in the neighborhood. Small regret, the white plastic curtain to separate it is a bit of a construction project.
The hot tub is very comfortable for two, a real treat after a day of walking!
The hotel is about a 1.5 km walk from the center, so good location!
Breakfast has a very good choice and is taken in a veranda overlooking the establishment's superb garden and its century-old trees!
On the other hand, there is no catering service, however, with the Glovo application, it is very easy to have food delivered and you can eat in the garden or on the veranda!
In short, a very good hotel, on the other hand, the rooms have varied equipment, indoor or outdoor spa, so to be defined according to your expectations

Beautiful hotel close to the Capodimonte Museum, Sanità and Catacombe di San Gennaro. Great to go to the Airport.
This is a residential area, not a touristic part of the town, but it is very easy to reach the city centre walking (10 min walk from Piazza Dante).
The room is spacious and well equipped (safe, large walk in shower, toilet douche, underfloor heating).
Very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet location for a good night sleep.
Attention to little details is needed to make it even better
I would recommend

The strong points of Villa Elisio are certainly the perfect location for visiting the center of Naples, the presence of internal parking (advice: if you are not local, leave the car and forget it until departure!) and the availability and courtesy of the staff, really very kind!
Rooms with some humidity problems, but fairly comfortable beds. Good and varied breakfast. In short, an excellent "base" for discovering Naples and its fascinating typical features!

The hotel and room were very nice, and there was parking for our rented car. The breakfast was ok. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Located about 20 minutes was from the center, with restaurants and bars along the way filled with locals, where you can have authentic Napoletanean food.

We spent a weekend in Naples and chose this hotel between the Sanità district and Capodimonte. What stands out among all is the kindness of the staff (breakfast room first and foremost), the possibility of free parking, the cleanliness of the rooms (with daily change of towels) and the well-stocked and plentiful breakfast with a view of a beautiful Mediterranean scrub garden. The only flaw if we want to say is the poor soundproofing of the room which did not create any problems for us. Prices not cheap but in line with the offer.

We arrived in Naples late and to torrential rain and as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant we were advised not to venture out but to order a takeaway online with just eat, which we did. However, the restaurant we chose failed to deliver, and by 12.45am we knew something was wrong. As we didn’t speak Italian David on reception rang to find out where our food was to find they had closed. He rushed off to rustle up some food from the kitchen for us and made what had started as a disaster into an enjoyable end to our first night in Italy. We cannot thank him enough!! The hotel itself was lovely with a tasty breakfast . We did not get to see the area around the hotel as we were heading to the Amalfi Coast But our short stay at this lovely hotel was definitely made better because of the professionalism of David and I would recommend staying here to all my friends. We will be back!

+1
Hotel located outside the Center (in the Rione Sanita district) 15 minutes from the metro (sloping street).
Relative calm (flyover of all Naples by planes during the day) but appreciable because outside the crazy noisy bustle of Naples. Insulation between rooms could be improved!
Beautiful large "classy" room, perfectly appointed (still missing a percolator!) with a large bed with very good bedding, walk-in shower, quality toiletries; all very clean.
Superb breakfasts including a huge choice of Neapolitan pastries; excellent orange juices pressed to order and very good espresso. The salty choice and fresh cut fruits could be more numerous!
The hotel's wooded park is a haven of tranquility!
Welcome at reception always smiling, professional but also good advice. We really feel welcomed!
A hotel to highly recommend, at a competitive price for the services offered.
A tip: ask for a room overlooking the garden, far from the elevator and reception!
