Can't understand the good reviews. Don't get me wrong this hotel has a fantastic location right in the middle of the old town, and the staff were fine. Everything else was hopleless: hard uncomfortable bed, shutter than didn't close fully - letting the light in, Wi-fi didn't work, the thinnest towels every seen, no kettle. Very noisey at the weekend...

Great hotel, very helpful staff happy to lend me a phone charger. Clean hotel, in a fantastic location, brilliant restaurants minutes away, close to metro and only a brisk 20 minute walk to train line for Pompeii etc. Really recommend.

Had a fabulous time here over the Easter break. As people have said, the hotel is in a fantastic location within the historical part of the town. Many of the sights are within easy walking distance and for the train for Sorrento or Rome, it's about 20 minutes to Garibaldi Square where the central station is. Train tickets are very...

A little difficult to find (on the 4th floor) behind a small square, but a great location: near Naples' University, so lots of young people around, lively neighbourhood. Decent room, though small. Cleaned every day. Very friendly people at reception, good English spoken, helpful. Minus: only Italian channels on TV, but hey, that's the same everywhere, isn't it?

this hotel was clean and tidy, but pretty basic. Which was fine, the price reflected that . and we had a nice stay, considering it was right down town close to the university, it was fairly quite, all the historic sites. I would say this was a little more like a hostel,, the staff were pleasant.

The hotel is a classic budget hotel in the city centre, it has a very good location. The rooms are decent, every has a different decoration dating to various time periods. We were in room 411 which has a Venus in a shell which can be seen in Pompeii Scavi. Well... to the service: as is maybe expected in Italy,...

This is a hotel that is part of a chain known in Naples as Europeo and the name of this particular one is also known as the Europeo Sea hotel. This chain of different hotels themselves vary, in service and style, it's not like a chain like Best Western or Mariot, so don't think that they are all of the...

Great location in the historic part of the city. Good price, clean room every day and friendly staff. Wi-fi best in the reception. On and off at the rooms (I have stayed there twice). Recomended for people who want to spend the buck on the city and not the bed.

Although I had a hard time finding the hotel (it's behind a gate next to a cafe off the street), the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had to switch rooms because the bed needed repair and it was not a problem. It's right near the university in Naples, and a short walk to the pier. Would stay here...
