Got the suite which does offer a great view of Soccorso church but it can get really noisy some nights as Room 11 is located right at the junction. Otherwise, it was great. Check out the indoor thermal pool too

Nice, small hotel. Gracious staff. Great location in Forio: across the street from the sea and a one block walk to the Main Streets - Via Avvocato Francesco Regine and Corso Matteo Verde - to shops, patio seating for drinks and dining. We enjoyed dining at Epomeo, La Tinaia, and La Bella Napoli. Clean. Simple. The room was a bit... More

Looking for a small hotel in the old city-centre? We enjoyed the nice room ( backside, no noise at all), the breakfast on the top floor ( nice terasse outside, but to warm in july, so we ate inside), the kind reception (you need some words Italian, but this is Itally, so this should be considered as normal) and the... Don't be put off by the road it's in (a bit dirty) the hotel itself is clean and provides a good service. The workers know very little English so don't expect a big welcome. Air con is 5€ extra per day (although they only charged us for 1 not 3) and well worth it - we were cold at one... More

I have no idea where to start. There should be heating in the hotel but the moment we checked in the manager informed us that the central heating works until March 31. It was 13 degrees Celsius outside at the moment! We can use the Air Conditioning in the rooms but it costs 5 Euro per day Extra. Тhe seat... More

Wifi doesnt work, none gave us a solution. The shower pipe wad blocked and the staff has been very unpleasant and disagreeable and didnt resolve the problem. I would never recommend it. The location otherwise was good. The street a bit dark.

We were lucky to stay in Hotel Nettuno, as the place we booked was under renovation. The location is in the very centre of Naples - 50 metres to Corso Umberto I. Nice rooms and pleasant breakfast in the morning, very polite staff and price is more than affordable! Recommended in Naples!

My wife and I were stay there for three nights. The hotel is clean and in a great location for transportation to the Metro station. And is walk distance to the port and some interested points. The girls at front desk and breakfast room could speak English. Thanks for the good service. It's a good place to stay in Napoli.... More

Hotel Nettuno is close to most of the top attractions in the center of Naples. Located in a dodgy neighbourhood as most of the cheap hotels in the city, this is only 100 meters from one of the main streets. Once recovered from the surprise of the Hotel main entrance locked with a gate and the reception located on the... More
