Our family of four stayed here two nights on our recent vacation. This is a lovely hotel with excellent breakfasts and a wonderful swimming pool that is the perfect thing to come back to after a hot day of sightseeing. The location is also first-rate: it is a ten minute walk from the not to be missed Archeological Museum in...

We were put in a room with no aircon and lied to about it when we complained overnight and the next morning. Later we found they'd done the same to the couple in the same room the night before and and then watched them put another family in there the following night. One staff member was apologetic and helpful, the...

A few years ago we stayed at this hotel and liked it so much that we decided to stay here again.

Times have changed the Constantinopoli 104, and not for the better. If a/c is important to you, there is none. You'll get excuses from a blond desk clerk who's more interested in looking at pictures on his computer than...

Dear Guest, Never we received a bad review like yours at Costantinopoli 104, you can see all the past feedbacks… It is true, last Sunday night we have had a very serious problem at the A.C. system, never happened in 10 years, unfortunately we can fixed it only the morning after. About the pool, as per law, every evening the...

Our stay at Constantinopoli 104 was a wonderful, memorable experience. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when in Bella Napoli! The desk staff and manager at Constantinopoli were very attentive to all our needs. The breakfasts were delicious and the kitchen even prepared a delicious lunch for us on very short notice. This is hospitality! Staff...

Bottom line: I’d stay here again should I be in Naples again as a tourist. The good: As others have said, this is a nice oasis. A beautiful locale, tucked away off the street. The garden is tremendous. The pool is refreshing. Breakfast and evening drinks on the terrace a delight. And the neighborhood is a fun one to explore,...

This is a former villa with rooms in the villa and garden rooms around a pool. The entrance is a non descript driveway gate off of the via Costantinopoli. You walk 50 meters in and around the corner is a little jewel of a hote. The rooms are comfortable and of a good size. Breakfast is good. The front desk...

My husband and I and another couple spent three nights here in late May and found it a great choice. First, the location is great. It's a short walk to the Archeaological Museum (a must-see) and about a 20-30 minute stroll down to the waterfront. I'm not sure why others had trouble finding it; all of our cab drivers knew...

Getting to the hotel was quite an adventure with our driver going up against the traffic on a busy one-way street (by the second day we learned that it's the norm in Naples!). The location is close to everything, especially to the Archeological Museum which was the purpose of our stay. To get to the hotel itself, you have to...
