We've got a suite for the price of the double room and it was great. The rooms are amazing. The breakfast was OK. Position in the historical city is an advantage. With metro for 1 EUR you get in 5 min to Toledo station, which is a must. Have a look in Youtube. From there in 15-20 min walk to...

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is situated in the historical centre. It's on a Main Street but we did not have any problems with noise. We were upgraded to a different suite. Loved the huge bed and the opulent decor! We required a late check out which the staff arranged no problem for a small fee. Breakfast is...

I'm not sure what i expected from this hotel but it wasn't what I found when I arrived! The rooms were comfortable but with bizarre furnishings and art work, part French boudoir, part Venetian palace, part dodgy holiday apartment, part my grandmas living room... Staff were invariably friendly, helpful and courteous. The area felt safe-ish for Naples, and the breakfast...

Let me preface by saying the staff at this hotel are fantastic: helpful, knowledgable and friendly. However, I am perplexed by the rave reviews on here for this hotel. It's kind of ok but not great. It's in a good location, just by the best street for pizza, Via dei Tribunali, but it is a very strange hotel. Our room...

I was so jet lagged on arrival that I couldn't even think straight. Everyone on staff went out of their way to help me. They were so incredibly nice and understanding. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Once I napped a bit, I found the hotel is in a fantastic location. Everything's in walking distance. Again, the staff helped...

Good hotel in a safe surroundings. Clean rooms with good air conditioning. Only few blocks from lively Via Tribunale. Italian breakfast with sweet cakes but also yoghurt, fruit and eggs. Best of all is Tommasso and his team, they really know the art of service! I was upgraded for a suite fir 2 first night. Very helpful and eager to...

Arrive at this hotel set back in a courtyard and go up in the lift to the 1st floor reception. Nothing to tell you to do this so very confusing. However, we were greeted by wonderful receptionist 'Thomas' who gave us every faith the hotel would be great. We arrived at our room (a suite) which was nice and surpassed...

Due to our flight being delayed, we arrived at midnight to find the exterior entrance to the courtyard being totally locked up. Having found our way to the hotel entrance, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist and this welcome was proof of the treatment we received throughout or stay. Special thanks to Tommasso who gave us loads of guidance...

The property itself is quite nice, and the location is very good -- but the staff is simply wonderful! The front desk people gave us excellent recommendations on local restaurants and sights to see, became practically good buddies, and even gave us a bottle of wine when we left. Anna, who oversees the excellent breakfast buffet, became our adopted Italian...

We needed a hotel convenient to the airport. Previous reviews on Trip Advisor led us to this small, quaint and interesting hotel in the historic district of Naples. Do not let the unusual entryway on a busy street deter you from this hotel. You enter through an archway and walk across a courtyard to the elevator that takes you to...
