I spend 2 nights there while on business travel. Being a regular visitor to Naples, I would say it one of the good B&B in the area. Big room with enough space to feel comfortable, sofa and table in the room. Breakfast is served at the room at pre-arranged time. Enough sockets to charge phones and notebook together. I was... We are staying in Rome and came to naples for one night so we could go to pompeii the next morning, arrived and the receptionist was nice and helpful when the air con wouldn't work and gave us iron etc upon request. The room itself was ok too but nothing special. The shower is uncofortable as the bath is tiny... More

I booked the Caracciolo 10 as part of our football trip to Naples to watch SSC Napoli Vs Arsenal at the Stadio San Paolo. Caracciolo 10 is about a five minute walk from Mergellina Metro station (the Metro runs from Piazza Garibaldi which has connections to the airport) and is approximately a 35 minute walk to Stadio San Paolo. The... More

Stayed here with wife for three nights is July 2011. The name of the B&B is 10 Caracciolo as in that is its address. We had difficulty in in locating the place initially (driving all day). There are no signs advertising the location, but once you get to No 10 there is a big wooden gate with a pedestrian door... More

Thoughtful staff: they always treated us like we were the only people in the place. Granted there are only 6 rooms they really care about how you feel. This is not always the case a bigger hotels, and I like it. Modern rooms, but in a very nostalgic building. The only con is the space. We like to bring stuff... More

Caracciolo 10 is a large, multi-bedroom apartment which has been converted into a B & B, in an 18th century water-front building on the La Chiaia section of Naples' waterfront. The rooms are quite large with 14 foot ceilings and nice private bath. Some have lovely partial ocean view, some with balconies. The owner, Emanuela Fonzone, is extremely gracious, accommodating,... I had the pleasure of staying at this B&B for 10 nights. The room was wonderful and the location is the best. What more can you ask for with the Mediterranean Sea right across the street? Fantastic. But the absolute best part were the people working there. They were so friendly and helpful and have even stayed in touch with... More

Good B&B, with excellent location (close to Mergellina Station & 10 min to Piazza della Repubblica), about 40 min walk from Piazza del Plebiscito. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel, just in front of the boat terminal to the islands. Not difficult to hail a taxi if needed. The room is spacious with high ceilings and en-suite bathroom.... Stayed for ten days and enjoyed my stay immensely. My room was nice and spacey when compared to hotel rooms, and is designed with care and taste. I had the 'blue room' (see picture). Furnishings are sparse, which fits the design-feel of the place, but has as a downside that I found storage space (shelves) a bit limited. That may... More
