It is a quite good choice if you want to stay close to Vatican City (just 10 minutes walk). Ottaviano subway station is very close (just 5 min walk). The staff was very polite and the room comfortable. Poor breakfast.

We stayed in the hotel in October 2012 with my mother. It was an average experience but quite nice and comfortable. The cleaning service was ok. Breakfast was not so rich but you did not leave the dining room hungry either :) We stayed in a room with shower next to the bed... so be careful about that if you...

The hotel is small, but it is in very good location, near Vatican and metro station Otaviano. The staff is really very nice and helpful. They recommended us the restaurants nearby. When wifi was out for short time, we could use their PC. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was served on the terrace in the 3rd floor. As only...

A nice, small, privately-run city hotel, Relais San Pietro features a superb location (10 mins walk from the Vatican/St. Peter's Square along charming side-streets) and a lovely terrace where a really decent breakfast is served. All staff are very friendly and - though not fluent in English - extremely helpful and effective. If you seek the atmosphere and amenities of...

We booked 4 nights in Relais St. Pietro for 2 adults 1 child. Our first impression was not nice: The Reception of the hotel is in a little hall, too tight and uncomfortable to check-in/check-out, or to wait there any minute. Unfortunately, the Wireless line was too weak in any other part of the hotel (inexistent in our room) thus...

Upon arrival we were surprised to see that the reception desk of a 4 star hotel is like a cubicle. Communication was a struggle as none of the staff can speak English though they acted friendly. A clean standard room,no bath(just shower) and you can hear the noise from the next room. It's appalling that the towels were not changed...

Arrived in the hotel late midnight after a trouble getting into for a metro ride that operates only until 10pm (MA1). We were attended with the night security guard alone. Not English speaker but fair enough to deal about. Room were reserved but shocked to find out that the the shower room covered with clear glass alone and has no...

We stayed in this hotel in early October. We booked very last minute and had limited selection. The location of the hotel is convenient. Only a 5 min. walk from Ottaviano metro station, and only 15 minutes from the Vatican. There are a couple of great restaurants very close by. At first glance, this hotel looks very modern and chic...

Hotel room was as described. Just a few complaints. Unfortunately mini fridge not working. Complained about fridge as my husband had medication which needed to be kept cool. Result was they moved us to another room which was larger. Pillows were far too soft. We ended up having neck and shoulder pain. Breakfast was non existent. Would have been better...

We, me and my cousin brother, stayed at Relais San Pietro for 3 days and we were very happy with it. Although we were mostly sight-seeing and didn't spend much time at the hotel the time we were there was good. The staff were very helpful and was always smiling (i find this as a very important element in the...
