We stayed in Suite Dreams one night last week. The hotel has good location: Metro station 1 min away, train station 5 min, close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and within a walkable distance to the historic centre of Rome. We stayed in the spacious 'black' suite. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The best bed we slept on in...

This is a place to hang your hat at the end of a long day sight seeing. It's conveniently located and has a great restaurant near by, called Target. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are harder than what most Americans are used to. Free wifi and breakfast included in the rate. Breakfast is basic but abundant and the...

I think I am in love with Suite Dreams. It is pretty perfect: super clean, great beds, delicious breakfast, convenient location, white sheets and duvet, roomy, modern bathroom, quiet, and lots of personality. My favorite part was the helpful, competent, friendly staff who were gracious, even when teaching us how to make our own cappuccinos at breakfast. You can pay...

The Suite Dreams Hotel is in an excellent location near most of Rome's major attractions. It is very clean and modern, with a spacious shower. The breakfast was much better than expected, with many choices including hot croissants.

Just returned from 3 nights at Suite Dreams and had to write a review to say how friendly and welcoming the staff are. They recommended a couple of excellent restaurants and showed us all the key sites on the map. It is easy to walk to most of the sites - we did it with 2 children aged 7 and...

We have just returned from 2 nights at SuiteDreams. We had a great time. The room was very clean and the hotel was in a good location. We ended up walking to the main tourist sites, and it really isnt that far at all. Even to the Vatican - if you break it up by stopping off for lunch its...

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable and spacious. Very modern design, refreshing shower and very clean all around. Hotel is within walking distance of Roma Termini station and also the metro station. Lots of places to eat and shop in the area. Cab fare was about 50 euros to the...

The staff is great and the rooms are clean and spacious and you do have great WiFi access, for free . That is about where it ends. The windows are terrible. You hear EVERYTHING outside all night. You might as well sleep with the windows open. The only relief you have from the noise are the shutters that you can...

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location is great just near the Via Nazionale. So you can reach the center of Rome in a few minutes. Also the metro station is quite near. The hotel room was very clean, new bathroom and quite a large room. ¨The street in...

Large new clean room and bathroom. Firm bed. Reasonably close to major sites. The only negative is its on a small side street in a building that is marked by a sign by the entrance about one foot by one foot. You must ride old small elevator to 2nd floor reception area or walk wide staircase. Otherwise we were quite...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
