Very good location close to nice restaurants and takes about 15 min walking to the Vatican. The owner, who speaks Italian, French and English, was very welcoming. We felt at home! We stayed for 3 days, the room was big and clean and the breakfast was top notch !

A nice place to stay for a short trip in Rome : not far from buses and subways, so it's easy to discover Rome. Breakfast is ok, and people there are very friendly. I was there for a business trip, so wifi was useful.

The owner was wonderful, very nice and available for us. Our daughter was sick in the last day, it was expected for us to leave the room before 10 am, but the owner let us stay in the room as long as we needed to, we stay until 1 pm when our taxi arrived to take us to the airport....

Very close to Vatikan and other inner city highlights. Nice was that there was breakfast available - but you need to like getting up a bit later as that's rather ready at 8:45.Otherwise a place located off the main roads.

Great location close to Vatican. Family friendly. Excellent staff and is a family run place. Helped with local advice. Stayed a week during Christmas holiday. Quit neighbourhood, everything within walking distance even a chemist and mcdonalds around the corner. ,

Great place, pleasant and unobtrusive host, nice room, clean; quiet up-market neighborhood with nice restaurants and all other amenities, walking distance to Vatican and convenient for a visit to other sites by metro or bus.

Delighted with our stay. Great location close to Vatican and reasonable walking distance to buses and metro. Excellent hosts, spacious rooms, family atmosphere. Arrived on late flight so they offered to arrange a private transfer for €47, which was ideal as a driver was waiting for us at the airport and meant no worries finding the apartment. Giovanni was waiting...

We stayed four nights in Rome at this b&b. There were only few rooms so we got exclusive service from the staff. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was awesome and once our staff cooked us spaghetti. I would definitely stay again in this b&b when I return to Rome.

Very nice price and worth it. Nice localization. Near to Vaticano, supermarkets, banks, subway. Good breakfast, clean room and very privative. The place is very calm and quite. I had a good stay there and I attend to come back. The houseguest is so pleasant.

“This is an apartment that has been converted into a b and b and there are just 3 double rooms. I believe one has a connecting door to a small room suitable for children. One room didn't have en suite when we were there, but I believe Irene is changing that so any of the rooms would be perfect. Considering we were in a residential area in Rome, it was fairly quiet. All the rooms back onto a narrow road so reasonably quiet after about 9 or 10pm.”
