After much research, I settled on Hotel Moses Fountain, and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is a short 12 minute walk from Termini, 5 min from the metro, and along a few of the most popular bus stops. While I do...More
When booking this location we were very excited because it looked like a unique place to stay! But upon arrival it was very confusing to find the entrance and there is no check in desk! Seemed a little sketchy at first. There are no elevators...More

We stayed their on our honeymoon several years ago and loved it. Great breakfast delivered to our room, quiet even though it's in a fountain, and really unique. When else are you going to be able to tell people you stayed in an ancient fountain?!

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
