Don't stay there please. They will charge you more money for unexpected rules, those rules are not in their website. Poor quality, noisy, unsafe... the staff is not helpful the location is good but we've been moved without permission Probably one of the worst places to stay in Rome

I stayed with my brother in february for just a weekend. It is very basic, do not expect anything (travelled people will know that for that price they could do a bit more). rooms are on a ground floor, no direct light (windows to the inner court). bathrooms need a re-do and a deep clean (it's well kept, but could... It is a 'chain' so you have no idea what you will get. We stayed in v. Giolitti 255 right in front of Termini station. The 'bed' was a pallet with a child-sized mattress on top. Like sleeping on the floor basically, but at twice the price for a comparable room (with a normal bed) in the same area and... More

Firstly, I did not actually stay with Gallienus; I booked to stay for one night not realising that it was a chain. I had booked on the basis of wanting to stay in the Monti area in Rome and when they emailed the day before we were due to arrive to say we would stay near Termini, I emailed to... More

We were placed with one of their B&B called Art and relax suite. Myself and 13year old, which I clearly stated when I booked. It was all but relaxing. The breakfast was a make shift table with rotten apples, old pie, instant coffee, powder milk, wrapped pastries and jam. We didn't touch it as it looked old and was hard.... More

This isn't a regular hotel, but more a room rental ( the chain has a several locations). It was a bit difficult to find the main hotel. Once we found it we were guided to our room, about 5 minutes walk. Our host was very nice and offered us some good tips, especially the restaurant. The room was opposite Terimini,... More

This place was a big let down. The location and wifi was the only decent thing about it. So if you only want a hotel for those two reasons then you won't be disappointed. The service was average and the staff barely spoke English. Our first night we stayed the hot water did not work, there was rubbish still in... More

This is not a typical hotel. When you get to the adress all you find is a bell and a number to call. The person answering the phone spoke bad english and we had to wait for a while until someone came to walk with us to our hotel room. In the waiting time we thought that we will get... More

Firstly arrived at the building to which had no sign or indication that it was the correct place, we then rang the number to which the man said he had given up the business two years ago, then we buzzed a few random buzzers and had a man come to the door. He said that vivianna would be there in... More

We finished our 3 night stay yesterday. We arrived 10:30pm on 18/04 near Termini station by airport shuttle from Ciapino (€4),eventually found our way to the reception building around 11pm, & bumped into Viviana & her colleague. They then lead us to our room, in Piccolo Principe which is just across the Termini... they were very nice & tried to... More
