We stayed 7 nights at this this original place, having a little bit of bohemien style, colourful with a small twist, giving you a sixties-feeling, basic but with everything you need. And what you possibly miss, ask Giada, the owner, and she will do her best to help you. We had the bedroom at the back: no street noise but...

We stayed 7 nights in this original B&B, a little bit bohemien style, basic but with an original twist and with everything you need. And what you may miss, Giada, the owner, will provide for you. If you get tired of the fabulous Roman food, you're welcome to eat a take-out pizza in Giada's kitchen. We had the bedroom in...

Original and cool B&B in the heart of Rome. Giada that manages the place is nice and very helpful. Funny, clean with all confort. After an abundant breakfast you're very close to MACRO museum and for the night you're just above "Il Sorchettaro"... after trying the "doppio schizzo" tell me ;) CASA DEI COLORI: You must go caxxo!

Giada is a very cheerful host in her very colourful B and B. The two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, that are not en suite, are basic but everything that one needs is there. The appartment is very close to central Rome and public transport is within close range. Good value for money.

Here is not only B&B. There is like a sweet home in Roma. Location was perfect just 8min to Termini station and you can go many churches on foot. Front of Casa dei colori is very beautiful building and very quiet place at night. And the owner was very kind and she know how to make a good distance with...

Perfectly located in a small street close to everything, the main bedroom faces a beautiful church, the other room faces a quiet square ... Each room has a bathroom. We have been there for a week-end, we did everything walking. We felt as if we were at home, Giada, the owner is very nice, she prepares everything, and gives you...

Casa dei Colori is in the center of Rome, a few steps away from everything, but sometimes I felt just like wanting to stay in the B&B as it has a special energy mostly because of the people there. I will miss Rome and Casa dei Colori, but I will for sure book there again if I ever come back...

I loved this bnb for it's unique, individual look. For the price and fantastic location, I felt more than fortunate. The rooms were spacious and very clean with wifi access. The utilities were bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was healthy in a homely kitchen. The owner was a kind, friendly lady who welcomed you into her home and who respected...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
