Everything apart from the fact that it's cheap. Dirty, lots of noise, toilets stink, bed stained, floor full of hair and dust, low lights, doors don't look properly. Feels like a drug house. Owner doesn't give a damn about his clients.

Location is great, apart from that everything else is bad. Rooms are dirty, beds very uncomfortable, shared bathroom is smelly and moody, it costs over 45 euros per night but it's not worth the price. Not recommended place !!!

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot
vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
