I would say this B&B is a great value trip to Rome if you were to stay for 4 nights or more. Easily accessible on the tram at around £1 a trip from Termini(although, never checked our tickets for whole time we were there) . The owner was helpful from the start, easy directions when you first arrive. You get... More

When flying overnight we always like to have a place reserved for when we arrive with little or no sleep. About B&B is now our "go to" place now in Rome. After you figure out how to use the Trambus leaving from Termini Station (it's found across Via Giovanni to the south of the main front entrance, euro 1.50, buy... More

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, the owner Enrica is very nice. I would stay here again, only if I stay more nights in Rome, as it's a bit outside of the town, so everywhere you wanted to go you had to take the tram (8-9 stops) to Termini and from there the metro or other buses to... More

We got a cab to this place from the airport. The cab driver didn't know where it was but got us there. As we drove up to he B&B we thought No this can't be it. The pics online are so beautiful. This neighborhood looked dirty, unsafe and not like the pics of the place. Sure enough, it was. Regardless... More

A wonderful location in the hills above Kelowna, but only 10 minutes from downtown. We found the hosts, Clare and Kelly, so very welcoming with wonderful little extra touches eg. a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The house is lovely with balconies all around. Clare serves wonderful scones and tea on one upon arrival. The pool is a lovely... More

We had been staying in "3-4* hotels" for 7 nights in Rome, Florence and Treviso (Venice) as part of a tour package and none came close to the comfort and hospitality we received at about B&B where we spent our last 2 nights after our tour ended. Toilets were clean and showers were equipped with powerful rain shower and hand... More

A very nice place, really easy to get to the center - 15 minutes by tram to Colliseus, another 10 minutes by undergraound to Piazza Spagna. All needed facilities at hand, a nice cafe with the delicious food - much better, than in some touristic places in the center. Enrica is very helpful, very caring, got all the information ready... We stayed at this B & B for 4 nights and liked the decor of our room. Though compact for a family of 3, it was good enough for resting after long days in city centre. The owner, Enrica, was very helpful and made sure we left happy. The place is good for people on budget and if the stay... More

About B&B is overall a very good place to stay. Very modern interior, great facilities, great price, and great owner. Enrica was very helpful. Her directions and advice on how to get to the B&B were brilliant, although we did walk past the place first time as we were expecting a big sign. Actually it's just a card next to... More

“Choose this place only if you are staying for 4+ days and are on budget. For stay less than 3 days I would prefer location closer to train stations (Termini or closer to attractions). We took a taxi from airport to the B & B for 50 Euros. Roma pass would be good if you are staying for 3 days or more.”
