My son and I stayed here in August/13. The room was basic and retro in design, but clean and comfortable. We loved the quiet yet convenient neighbourhood- steps to Policlinico subway station - 4 stops from Collosseo andn the tourist district. We appreciated coming home to a real neighbourhood after touring the city - the hotel was quiet and low...

I booked this hotel before having a chance to read trip advisor. Originally I had booked myself into accommodation in spagna because I wanted to be close to "everything" but last minute I decided to look further out. I found Hotel Residenza which was only a couple of stops from the termini and was nearly 1/2 to 2/3 cheaper than...

ROMA ROOM HOTEL, RESIDENZA MENNI, HOTEL REGINA MARGHERITA. If you see any of these names, beware: you might be paying 100+ EUROS each night for a time in hll! The taxi dropped mother and I at the exact address provided. Gates. Then you ring a bell and wait. Then someone comes from the other block via the strees, and tells...

Unfortunately it was not so good. The rooms need renovation immediately. The only advantages was the location. The location was close to metro, buses, tram etc.The rooms very old. Only a bed and a tv. Tv with no control to change the channels.

We stayed 3 nights at the Residenza Menni and can't really complain. The rates were fairly cheap compared to other hotels in the city centre of Rome so we weren't expecting the Ritz or anything. Only a 5-10 minute walk from the Metro and 2 stops from the city centre the location was ideal although there was not much in...

I'm no princess - I'm actually a somewhat old(er) male - but be warned that the difference between my Posturpedic mattress and what this hotel has to offer is bone jarring. This is a very nice place and I'm trying not to be negative, but if you like the comfort of air conditioning (not even contemplated here) and a firm...

NIce staff and place to stay during winter and autum, the location is good, quiet but very close to the Metro, supermarket and restaurant. The drawback is no air-conditioner. So it will be very hot in summar. The rooms and toilets are clean.

We felt like we were on a class trip, the room was like a collage dorm room. Big neon lights hanging and shining into our eyes, the bedside lamp did not work, although the staff fixed it for the next day. No aircon in the room, a fan was placed on a chair beside the bed. Most of the plugs...
