Knowledgeable friendly staff, great small hotel, great location, nice restaurant, near park, on a hill, within walking distance of all the sites, but quiet, private, wonderful to see Rome without frenzy

This is a very pleasant hotel and the staff were also very pleasant. There is some lovely restaurants surrounding this hotel and it is only a 15 minute walk from the train station and from the busy streets. The only issue we had was that we had to spend the first night of our stay in their sister hotel that was...

My wife and I stayed here for seven nights. The location was perfect for us. Positioned in a quiet area yet walkable to sights and minutes from the beautiful Borghesi park. If you prefer there are plentiful busses with the stops barely two minutes from the hotel. Additionally there is a metro station down Via Veneto 10 minutes or less...

Where to start, we left everything in the capable hands of Mario Fortini of BellaRome holidays uk, he could not have made a more perfect trip. This hotel has been described by others as being more like a guest house and I would agree it has all of the friendly nature of a guest house but with the elegance of...

A dear friend recommended the Hotel Villa Pinciana for my trip to Rome. I couldn't be more pleased. The service was impressive and personalized. Every need was already included, any want graciously accommodated. The location provides an easy walk to so many Roman treasures and a short cab ride to the entire city. Do yourself a favor and plan your...

We stayed here for four nights as part of a group. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating in dealing with our large group as we did rather crowd out the other guests at times such as breakfast in the slightly too small breakfast room. Simone in particular is a great asset to the hotel. Our room...

Great location and yet very quiet at night. The weather wasn't quiet warm enough during my visit but I imagine the rooftop bar and the garden will be amazing in summer. Have already recommended to friends and will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a week with my daughter. Staff was unfailing kind and accommodating. Room was very clean with up-to-date bathroom. The towels were perfect- big and fluffy. Our room had a charming balcony and we also enjoyed the roof terrace and garden terrace. Our room was exceptionally quiet. Great restaurants nearby. We walked nearly everywhere- all very safe. The...

After scouring the internet and Google maps for days I came upon this elegant little gem. While it does not have the amenities of the large hotels it is in THE best neighbourhood, one block from La Dolce Vita and a block or two from Villa Borghese. The hotel is quite elegant with a breakfast room/bar with murano glass chandeliers....

I booked this hotel following research on trip advisor and was pleased to find that the reviews are correct- this was a great place to stay and amazing value for the price. We stayed on a romantic weekend away and couldn't have been happier! The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly or helpful and made planning our long weekend...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
