It is in a very central location close to amenities, airport shuttle buses across the road and also the metro station. We had a clean room and a small kitchen shared with the rest of the rooms, had the usual food for breakfast (cereals, bread, fruit, croissants, fresh milk etc) available all day. I will definitely stay in Dreamstation again.

Everything was good! Dream Station Hotel had everything you need. The price is good, the room is big enough for me and my partner. The owner was friendly and he helped me around Rome and pointed all the attractions and showing me how to get there. Highly recommended this hotel for anyone.

Location is just across the road from Termini Station. You just need to pay attention to the exact door to go up to the place. Room is super nice and snacks are provided at the pantry all the time. So you can have your coffee or tea at your convenience. In Rome most of the time you will be outside... More

We loved the installation and the location, right in front of the Rome Termini Train station. The Hotel have a home feeling! The kitchen with food (fruit, coffee, cakes) is a nice touch, specially travelling with small kids.

I stayed here again in September 2016 because of the location and easy check in/check out. this time we had the red room. Just as clean as the last time I stayed here 2 years ago. quiet because of the great windows and very close to a lot of decent restaurants.

We stayed here one night on arriving in Rome prior to heading south. This place was ideal for us, as it was just across the street from Termini station(which is very easily reached from the airport by bus or train), but was clean and quiet, despite its dubious looking location. The windows are double glazed, so street noise is minimized.... More

Arriving from Florence on the train and being able to walk across the street to drop our bags and get oriented was great! Our host was very helpful and accommodated our early check in and made sure we knew how to get around. We were also able to leave our bags after checking out and our host met us later... More

Functional, clean and great location. Host was very thorough and left plenty of breakfast items. Water machine that serves chilled still and sparkling water was a very pleasant extra. Would happily stay in the orange room again

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
